Letak hotel kurang strategis, masuk gang sampai takut salah begitu sampai di hotel, tapi staffnya ramah cukup menyenangkan, Untuk breakfastnya tiap hari sama jadi agak bosan. Dan mereka menyediakan transport for free (tuk tuk) sampai tempat-tempat tertentu.

Everything is excellent!. The room is very nice. Foods are delicious. All of the employee are very nice. That's why when I go back to Bangkok on December to watch Miss Universe 2018, I will still stay in iSonook Residence. Thank you very much. Perfect stars for all.

Me and my mom stayed here for 6 days for our first trip to Bangkok. The room was spacious and clean, the staffs were very nice and helpful, and the breakfast, although not really various, was good. They provide free shuttle van to the pier, siam square, train station and mrt station which was very helpful! Please note that the free shuttle van is available starting from 8am local time, so if you need to go before 8am, you need to find your own way (but they can help to call for a taxi). On the other hand, the location is quite hard to find (many taxi, tuk-tuk, grab drivers didn’t know where it is) because you have to go inside small alleys (big enough for a car, though) even though it was nice to see how locals lives. There are some small restaurants near the hotel that provide great food for a cheap price that opens in the evening, and some convenience store. Overall, me and my mom really enjoyed staying at iSanook and definitely recommends it! Tips: don’t forget to pick up a map that they provides in the reception desk! It really helps when you’re having difficulties to find your way back to the hotel haha!

Friendly staff with superb accommodation experience but the air conditioning is not cool enough even turned to 18’C. Breakfast is good, lots of selection of foods.

객실은 매우 깨끗하고 편안했습니다. 아침 식사는 괜찮았습니다. 위치는 시암 파라곤 근처로 약 3km 떨어져 있으며, 무료 툭툭이가 제공되어 여러 지역으로 이동할 수 있습니다.

이사눅에는 MRT, 스카이트레인, 버스, 고속선 등 다양한 교통수단으로 이동할 수 있는 툭툭이가 있어 원하는 곳 어디든 이동할 수 있습니다.

Các nhân viên phục vụ ăn sáng hết sức nhiệt tình và dễ thương, phòng thì tối và không được thoáng, cảm giác khá bí, tv không thể sử dụng được.

Second time stay in this hotel... everything ok no complaint... only the pillows not as first time comfortable... awesome breakfast and friendly staffs... good service! One more bad thing is when you want to go back this hotel for sure tuk tuk and taxi will be very expensive and difficult to get taxi by meter.
