옆방 소리 다 난다 그리고 더럽고 바퀴벌레 있음

그냥 한국모텔같은분위기입니다. 하지만 청결합니다. 치약과 칫솔 샴푸들은 직접 챙겨야합니다.

가격대비 별로입니다. 사진으로 보는 것보다 굉장히 좁고 화장실 샤워커튼에 곰팡이가 피어있었어요.

다운타운에 가깝다고 하여 예약했는데 슬럼가에 위치하고 있어 해지거나 아침에 나가기가 위험애 보였습니다.청소상태도 불량합니다. 좀 개선이 필요해 보입니다,

시내에서 가까운 숙소였으나 주변이 너무 않좋아서 여자 혼자 가기에는 조금 무리가 있을듯합니다 그러나 나름대로 조식도 있고 괜찮았으나 주변환경이 안좋아서 조금 무서웠음

사진과는 다르게 방이 너무 좁았고 특히 욕실이 너무 좁았다. 와이파이는 연결이 계속 끊기고 조식은 내용물이 부실했다. 그리고 호텔 옆으로 스트릿카가 지나는데 그 소음도 심하고 호텔 내 다른 객실에서 나는 소리도 다 들림. 또 호텔이 위치한 동네에 거지가 많아서 밤에 여자 혼자 다니면 위험할듯.

토론토 시내에서 그리 멀지 않은 저렴하고 괜찮은 곳 같습니다. 지내기에 편안하고 직원들도 친절한 곳입니다.

배낭여행자 기준으로! 가격대비 굉장히 좋은 숙소입니다. 조식이 도넛이랑 와플, 시리얼, 바나나가 있는데 매우 맛있어서 좋습니다. 수건도 매일 갈아주며, 드라이기도 있답니다. 가격대비 완전 혜자입니다. 방음이 잘 안되어서 밖에 소리가 들리고, 중심가에서 좀 떨어진 곳이지만 저같은 배낭여행자들에겐 정말 정말 좋은 곳입니다. 리셉션에 계신분들도 친절합니다. 체크아웃 후 짐보관 가능합니다. 추천합니다.

Good for the price

We stayed two nights in Royal Oak Inn. The room was ok, although the sink was so small it is really hard to wash my face. Location is also good. You can take a street car right in front of the hotel. However, the service was very very poor. We put a 'do not disturb' sign on the second stay. But when we came back to our room, there was new, weird table and chairs, which we didn't require. There was no explanation why they put these things in our room all of sudden even though we asked them not to enter our room. I tried to understand at first, 'well, they may have inevitable reason to move these table and chairs in our room while we're staying'. But they didn't clean our rooms and change our towels, and one thing I was really mad at was that they moved our stuffs without our permits. My suitcase was moved from the floor to 'on the bed', which made bed linen dirty. So when I complained to the staff on the desk, he just said 'he had no idea' because the other staff (not him) did that and didn't even say sorry about our complaints. I was really dissatisfied with their service. Till now I didn't get any explanation or sorry from them. If I visit Toronto again, i will never visit this hotel.

The complimentary breakfast is pretty meagre. I should have just accepted the coffee and expected to eat out.

Super friendly and accommodating staff. Great location, streetcar stop right in front, though walkable to downtown.

This was not a safe place in toronto. Stay away!

The staff were very helpful and the street car was just out the front door which made it convenient!

I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone. It is run down and in an unsafe neighbourhood.

Hotel is right in the middle of skid row. Inside is good though

Liked the free breakfast and friendly, happy staff. Didn't care for the area of town in which the hotel is located.
