가족여행에 딱입니다 조식도 훌륭하고요 내가 원하는것을 즉석에서 조리해 주십니다. 룸이 지하이지만 전혀 그런느낌 못받습니다. 전체적으로 자율운 분위기 이고요 빅토리아역과 코치스테이션이 다 가까워서 일부러 이곳을 택했습니다. 다음에도 이곳으로 하려구요 ^^

위치는 빅토리아코치 스테이션 쪽으로 나오면 걸어서 4-5분 정도 아주 가까워서 좋아요! 그치만 숙소가 사진발이 좀 있어요. 유럽이 뭐 그렇긴 하지만, 너무 낡았구요.. 일단 위생상태가 별로에요. 먼지도 많고 벽이나 화장실 같은 데도 좀 지저분 했구요. 여기 특성상 아침을 먹을 수 있도록 준비되어 있는데, 이건 좋긴한데 식기가 잘 닦여있지 않아서 좀 불쾌했어요ㅠㅠ 침대도 매트리스가 푹 꺼져서 허리가 아팠습니다. 그리고 무엇보다 방음이 너무 안되요ㅠ 다른 방 사람들은 조용했던 건지 모르겠는데 밖에 지나가는 사람들 이야기소리 차 지나가는 소리 다 너무 크게 들립니다ㅠㅠ 예민한 사람은 잠 자기 어렵겠어요. 그리고 엘베없습니다ㅠ 캐리어 들 각오 필요합니다ㅠ 아 근데. 직원들은 친절해요!

조식 최고 빅토리아역 근접성 굿 사이즈는 너무작음

좋았습니다 근처엔 빅토리아 역이 있어요 조금만 걸어가시면 됩니다.

빅토리아역과 매우 가까워 접근성이 좋으며 기타 호탤에 비해 가격이 쌈. 단 거리에 있어서 지나가는 소리가 다 들임.

역에서 굉장히 가깝고 넓어요! 어매니티도 충분했으며 객실이 넓어서 좋았습니다 조식도 매우 맛있었어요! 다만 침대 매트가 두 개 붙인 거라 허리가 조금 아팠어요..~~

Ubicación excelente. Cama pequeña. Pedimos dos camas individuales y nos pusieron una de matrimonio, sin opción a cambiar.

Great stay.. great location, staff so friendly and couldnt do enough, we arrived a little early, but had a show to attend so would miss check in..the hotel very kindly let us store our bags there which was really appreciated. Room was clean and fresh, beds comfy and felt it was a great value for money. The windows are very thin glass, so can hear everything outside, but im assuming thats to do with it being listed etc??so cant get double glazed..so thats not the hotels fault. Breakfast was lovely, with warm and welcoming staff in the morning. Had a great stay for our overnight trip, and will deffo be returning.

Si fuera un hotel de dos estrellas, merecería una puntuación de 4. Sin embargo, como en el anuncio de Hoteles.com el hotel se clasifica como un hotel de cuatro estrellas, queda muy por debajo de lo esperado. Para empezar, hay que subir cuatro pisos por las escaleras con las maletas porque no hay ascensor. El techo de la habitación es muy bajo y el baño apretado. Además, anuncian que la habitación tiene 17 metros cuadrados, pero en realidad es muy pequeña: apenas cabe la cama y queda muy poco espacio alrededor. No creo que llegue ni a los 10 metros cuadrados. En definitiva, no es realmente un hotel de cuatro estrellas. Por mi experiencia en muchos hoteles, lo clasificaría más bien como un hotel de dos estrellas. Si se considerara como tal, podría merecer una puntuación más alta, aunque todavía hay varios aspectos que mejorar, especialmente en cuanto a accesibilidad y a la calidad de la habitación. Sobre la zona, eso sí es perfecta. Muy cerca de la estación de tren/metro de Victoria y con muchas tiendas y restaurantes.

Breakfast was excellent . Easy to get to from Victoria Station and wonderful shopping nearby.

The hotel is quaint and comfortable with friendly and helpful staff. As you walk in the reception area, you’re greeted to hot beverages, cookies and croissants. The room was cosy and clean. The property is in an excellent location, close to restaurants, bus stops, train stations and stores. Breakfast was delicious with a variety of fruit, juices, cold or hot cereals, and a full English breakfast was superbly prepared by the chef. I advised a staff member that I was checking out early in the morning and she provided a huge bag of fruit juices, packaged croissants and waffles for my early morning journey. This thoughtful gesture was greatly appreciated. The only “issue” was that I was on the third floor and without an elevator, it was a bit challenging to bring my luggage to and from the room. Would definitely stay again.

Hôtel très bien situé à quelques minutes de Victoria Station. Chambre familiale propre avec grande fenêtre (dommage que nous étions en sous sol sous la salle du petit déjeuner: du bruit dès 7h). Personnel très disponible. A notre arrivée nous avions un problème: cadenas de notre valise cassé, impossible de l'ouvrir. La personne à l'accueil a réussi tant bien que mal à l'ouvrir avec une tenaille et autre pince. Possibilité de laisser les bagages pour profiter de Londres avant de rejoindre l'aéroport.

Personnel sympathique. Eau chaude longue à venir parfois. Chambre côté route mal insonorisée mais sinon agréable et confortable. Hôtel parfaitement située à deux pas de Victoria Station. Bon rapport qualité/prix.

La chambre était impeccable, le personnel très gentil et le petit déjeuner "à la carte" copieux. L'hôtel est parfaitement situé près de Victoria station pour arriver en train depuis Gatwick mais également pour faire le tour de Londres facilement avec toutes les commodités... Nous etions dans une chambre familiale, la numéro 5, juste à l'entrée de l'hôtel. Nous pensons qu'en famille, elle est à éviter car l'isolation est à l'image des bâtiments anglais et donc, dans cette chambre, il faut composer avec les entrées et sorties parfois bruyantes à n'importe quelle heure des autres visiteurs avec une porte qui claque à chaque passage, avec les discussions des voyageurs et de la réception et avec les gens qui fument et téléphonent devant la fenetre. En résumé, bon hôtel mais éviter la chambre numéro 5 !
