Everything about this place was perfect: the staff was very kind and worked to help us navigate, from helping secure a car rental to bikes and beach towels to whatever else came up. The food at the restaurant was excellent - we ended up having breakfast every day, which is one of the best we've had for a hotel, made-to-order meal with good options and fresh fruit. The service at the restaurant was very attentive and kind and warm. Every corner of the grounds is well maintained by the staff- from the property/plants to the pools and jacuzzi to the gym. You can see the place was put together with many touches down to the tile and the trim, and the use of natural wood in the rooms. It does not feel impersonal or overly-modern, but yet it's not also dated; for example, good TVs, windows, etc. We slept very well and loved the very spacious suites. It's hard to believe we got all we did for the price we paid. We would easily return here and bring friends - this represents the best of La Paz, relaxed, kind and locally-managed, with a lot care put into everything.

El hotel es bonito, las habitaciones cómodas y limpias, el personal casi todos súper atentos, excepto las recepcionistas (como que no se siente vibra tan bonita al llegar o cuando te acercas a ellas) al contrario del chico que está en turno nocturno, todo lo contrario creo que él debería estar en el día (muy buena atención). Cuenta con gym pero si estaba algo abandonado, poca limpieza y no estaban las mancuernas completas, las máquinas de cardio no funcionaban bien. Los precios del restaurante me parecieron caros, pedimos un chicharrón con guacamole $600 y no está taaan rico! Lo que si el desayuno incluido genial 👍

Clean room , nice swimming pools and great view of the Beach. The 2 things they need to improve is better internet ( just couldn’t get a good signal ), Also the TV HAS bad reception AND HAS ONLY 4 channels to watch ? New Tv is needed ?

Las instalaciones están viejas. No hay internet en el hotel, en teoría tienen varias redes pero mal funcionan. En la habitación definitivamente no ha, en la alberca es intermitente. Es un hotel caro para lo que te ofrece. Estuvimos ayer en la alberca y nadie fue para ir a ver si se nos ofrecía algo. Les comentamos del internet dos veces y parece que no fue tomado en serio. Tuvimos que pedir agua, no nos dejaron. Hay cápsulas Para el café, pero no cafetera. Con el precio por noche, deberías tener al Menos un par de cafés como cortesía. El camastro de la habitación está roto

Staff was great and room was really nice . It's out of the way of the action of La Paz so I wish the food was better and more affordable. Service and pools and view are awesome

The location is amazing. Rooms was nice. Clean. Staff is very kind and helpful. My only complaint was the wifi signal was very weak. I could only access anything from the lobby... so that was a little frustrating. But all around a good stay

It's an older Hotel. So, things are starting to show some normal wear. The room was clean and the staff was exceptional.

A public beach between hotel and sea. We stayed 2 nights - first night, had a local party in the beach with super loud music and talking until the sunrise next day. I asked hotel if we could cancel the another night but was rejected. The second night, no music but still noises from talking at the beach until 3am.

DO NOT STAY HERW IF YOU PLAN TO SLEEP AT NIGHT!! We checked in on New Year’s eve with the intention of spending a quiet night on the balcony drinking a little wine. At 8:50pm, music from two stories below started blaring so loud we were chased inside the room where it was still extremely loud even with door closed. We asked for another room and didn’t get one, so we left and were told there would be no charge. But I followed up for several days only to be told we would be charged for our entire stay anyway. It was unreasonable amd I am still very angry.

Quiet boutique hotel. Great food and kind staff. Room was clean and overlooks peaceful pool and bay view. Stay here to get off the beaten path and enjoy some local hospitality
