관광하기엔 어중간한 장소에 위치. 서비스나 객실상태는 매우양호함. 아침식사는 만족스럽고 특히 직원의 서비스가 최상이었슴.

Bel établissement, agréable et bien tenu. Un peu déçu par la situation entre un parking public et une rue à grande circulation: un environnement pas très "hôtel de charme". Excellent petit déjeuner. Un local pour stationner les vélos en sécurité serait le bienvenu.

this is a gorgeous hotel ion the centre of town with tons of character. very friendly staff and the rooms are really nice, very comfortable with all you need. the restaurant is superb. the breakfast a nice highlight as well. loved it.

Was mir sofort auffiel: Ich habe mich heimisch gefühlt. Alles familiär, so freundliches und hilfsbereites Personal, und mein Zimmer oben total gemütlich mit Blick auf den See. Ganz tolles Frühstück, ein Supermarkt gegenüber und nur weniger Minuten zum See. Ich komme gern wieder.

The location of this hotel could not have been any better for exploring Arbon over the Easter Holiday weekend. Most of the staff was gone for the holiday but the ones who were there went above and beyond, even for us non-German speakers.

Check In war am Montag nicht besetzt, trotzdem hat alles problemlos funktioniert. Es wurde rechtzeitig eine Email mit den Ckeck in Fomalitäten geschickt. Schönes Zimmer und reichhaltiges Frühstück. Auch Sonderwünsche wurden berücksichtigt.

Lovely old hotel with good breakfast. No person at reception for check in just had to buzz a number and follow instructions. No personal touch. Unable to Help with Swiss adapter.

The hotel was lovely but the rooms were very hot as no air con. There was a fan but this circulated the hot air. We had to have the windows open and there was vey loud music and noise from the bar opposite until 4am. I felt that the propert was very expensive for what you got

Greit lite hotel med delikat frokost. Ostene må prøves. Kort vei til vannet. Ellers lite å gjøre i området rundt. Greit for å sove ei natt. Hotellet er koselig.

Check-in leider nur über Türspechanlage. Für Fahrräder nur Abstellmöglichkeit im öffentlichen Raum. Zimmer sauber. Frühstück ok.

altes, hübsches Gebäude, sauberes Zimmer mit einfacher Einrichtung, kein Aufzug, altmodisches Zimmerschlüsselsystem mit klobigem Schlüssel (-anhänger). Parkmöglichkeit, 5min zu Fuß zum See (-bad), Lokale und Cafes in näherer Umgebung

Die Zimmer sind einfach schön. Das Bett und die Kissen sehr bequem. Frühstück war perfekt. Über den Service kann ich nichts sagen, da wir nur 1 Nacht waren. Aber wir waren rundum zufrieden.

The food in the restaurant was excellent. The walk up to the third floor with luggage and no porter was not ideal. The staff had less English than was found in other hotels of a similar level.
