직원분들이 친절하시고 시설도 깨끗하고 좋았습니다

후기가 좋길래 기대가 컸나봐요. 좋았던 점은 직원들이 친절하고, 도쿄에서 다다미방을 쓸수 있다는 색다른 경험이었던 것 같아요. 하지만 저희가 묵었던 방은 햇볕도 안들고 불투명 유리에 창살까지 있어서 숙박하는 내내 좁은 지하에 갇혀지낸 기분이었네요. 숙소에 있으면 우울해졌어요. 수돗물이 깨끗하니 그걸 먹으라며 기본 생수도 제공되지 않았어요. 그나마 가까운곳에 편의점이 있어서 다행이었네요. 룸안에 거울도 없었고, 욕실 바닥은 미끄러우니 물기가 있을땐 꼭 슬리퍼를 신고 들어가세요... 다음엔 좀더 세심하게 숙소를 골라야겠네요.

직원분들도 너무 친절하시고 첫 일본여행의 즐거움이 함께 한 좋은 곳이었습니다 :) 특히!!! 꼭!!! 아침!! 조식을 드세요 ㅠ!! 조식 매일 먹어야합니다 ㅜ 너무 맛있어서 먹고나서 하루가 힘차고 즐거워 질 정도로 맛있고 행복해 집니다!! 또 가고 싶은 아늑하고 좋은 곳이었습니다:)

깔끔하고 친절하고 편안하게 잘 잤어요 침대는 아니지만 이불 깔고 잘 잤어요 위치도 좋아요 재방문 의사 있어요

찾아가는 길은 다소 칙칙하지만 객실과 편의시설은 아주 훌륭합니다. 특히 일본식 방구조와 조식이 일본 가정식으로 나와 아주 인상적이었습니다. 다음 여행때도 이용할 생각입니다.

전체적으로 상당히 만족스러웠습니다. 다들 친절하시고 서비스도 상당히 좋고 가격도 싸고 다 좋았지만 위치가 조오오오금 아주 조오오오금 불편한것 빼고는 매우 만족스러웠던 여행이었습니다

직원들이 일단 편하게 영어가 되시는 분들이라 너무 좋았구요. 특히 미리 예약하면 이용할 수 있는 목욕탕이 일품입니다.

깔끔하고 너무 좋았습니다. 나리타 공항에서 오기에 좋지만 시부야, 신주쿠 등과 같은 번화가와는 동떨어져 있어 약간 아쉬웠습니다. 하지만 웬만한 일본 호텔방은 작고 침대도 협소한것에 비하면, 오히려 넓게 이불 펴고 자는게 훨씬 편안했습니다.

프런트분들도 모두 친절하고 방도 매우 깨끗했습니다 단지 역에서 약간 거리가 있고 가장 가까운역이 이리야역이라는 것과 주변에 늦게까지 놀만한 곳이 없다는걸 제외하고는 단점이 별로 없네요

료깐스타일의 이 여인숙은요... 친절해요. 가방을 객실까지 올려다주고 방앞까지 같이 따라와서 설명해주시더라구요. 조식은 일본식은 800엔이였지만 매우 훌룡했어요. 전실 금연이고 별도의 로비 흡연장을 이용해야해요. 일본식 다다미방은 혼자묶기엔 충분히 넓었구요 이불은 각자 직접 깔아야 했어요 시설 청결 스태프 모두 만족스러웟지만 위치가 조금 외진곳이라 그게 좀 아쉬웠어요 료깐 바로 앞에 편의점은 있지만 뭐 분위기 좋은 이자까야같은건 기대하시면 안돼요 뭐 그래도 가격대비 매우 추천하고 싶은 곳이에요

유카타 제공해주고 서비스 좋구요, 프랑스에서 유명한지 불어로 된 여행책이나 프랑스분들이 많았어요. 하지만 방이 좀 건조했던게 아쉬워서 가습기가 있었으면 좋겟어요.

I had a very frustrating experience regarding the payment process for a service I required. When I needed to resolve a shipping issue, I was told that a bank wire transfer was the only acceptable payment method. The wire transfer fees ended up costing me double the price of the actual service, which is unreasonable in today's era of digital payments like Venmo, Zelle, or PayPal. Not only is it unnecessarily expensive, but it also creates a significant time burden for the customer. I strongly suggest that this company updates its payment systems to be more customer-friendly and cost-effective. I would advise others to be aware of these hidden costs and lack of modern payment options before choosing to work with them.

Charming traditional hotel near the Ueno Park and Yanaka Ginza areas. Bilingual staff were fantastic. We had the optional breakfasts every morning. We also paid for the optional laundry service, which was more economical than some US coin-ops. While the rooms are small, the perks included make this a hidden diamond. (We were able to compare with other traditional hotels in the area).

I have absolutely nothing bad to say about this hotel. Clean, very nice staff, excellent breakfast, close to a metro station and service was excellent and friendly from arrival to departure. If your back can take the tatami sleeping style then go for it. Mine had a hard time with it so I probably would think twice about going back but not because of the hotel

This place was wonderful. The best place to stay in Tokyo it is a quiet get away just a short walk from Ueno and Irya Station. The breakfast was amazing and the room was wonderful and spacious. Very wonderful and attentive staff!
