Good hotel, in a good area of Cali, some good restaurant options around. Room was comfortable. Good bed and good black out. Breakfast wasn´t the greatest.

There was false advertisement with this hotel! There is no pool or any amenities. I did not end up staying there as that was the reason I booked the hotel.

We had a great stay during our trip to Cali. The location is excellent. Nice places within walking distance and road accessibleto everywhere, with plenty of restaurants and bars nearby. There’s a great spot just down the street with an amazing vibe. The staff was friendly, attentive, and very diligent. The hotel was clean, and the facilities were well maintained and in great condition. We would definitely stay here again!

Boa localização, restaurantes, bares, supermercado próximos, vários pontos turisticos podem ser feitos a pé. O quarto que ficamos era grande,porém mal dividido, café da manhã é gostoso servido a la carte.

Great location and great staff at the hotel

Kein 4-Sterne-Hotel. In der Deluxe-Studiosuite konnten die Glasschiebetüren zum Balkon nicht verriegelt werden. Auch nur Einfachverglasung, so dass der Lärm von der Straße innen deutlich hörbar war. Klimaanlage und Bett gut.Der Fernseher ging nicht. Im Bad nur große Duschhandtücher und keine Möglichkeit die Handtücher an Haken oder ähnlichem aufzuhängen. Vor der Tür eine andere Tür für das Reinigungspersonal, die nicht zu schließen war und öfters geklappert hat. Ich habe den Flughafenshuttle hin und zurück gebucht. Das Personal war unfähig mir dafür eine Rechnung auszustellen. Sie sollte dann per E-Mail geschickt werden, auf die E-Mail warte ich heute noch. Das Personal an der Rezeption spricht so gut wie kein Englisch.

Great stay! The rooms are super spacious and clean, staff was very friendly, and it’s located in a great part of town. Within walking distance from other cafes and restaurants. Definitely would stay here again
