ห้องน้ำล็อกไม่ได้ ไม่มีกลอนประตู!

ห้องก็ไม่ทำความสะอาด ประตูห้องและกลอนประตูก็ล็อคไม่ได้ บริการแย่มาก ตู้เย็นในห้องละลายน้ำออกมาเลอะเทอะ

The room is just ordinary and don’t expect too much as it’s a budget hotel. Location is good and in front of the beach. There is one staff who is very friendly while the other one is not. The friendly staff brought us to cheap authentic Thai food nearby hotel.

I came from airport to this hotel in the late night ,and while I reach the hotel they said there is no water for shower and also no toilet inside. He told me to call the online agent, even I ask him for some help where I have to stay and find hotel nearby here he doesn't help anything. He totally made me angry. That was a stupid person. And for online agent, why do you sell this room if there is no water and shower inside!

Ac does not work , and the water from it drops down on the ground . No in room safe , but it stands on the booking . There was a lot of mold on the celling where we sleeping . And 2 cockroach in the bathroom. It was really ugly . The worst hotel i've ever seen in my life . The entrance is inside the subway 😂😂😂 and no wlan

Room was so dirty. Not even 10% compare to photo. Toilet flush was not able to use. The most unsatisfing things here is the staff. Very rude to customer. Website should never take this hotel in thier list. I spend 1900 bath per night here. But the service is very poor.

Very strategic hotel with good price at Phuket! FYI: Timeout Hotel wifi is very good!

The hotel was not 3 stars. The room is dirty and the clim can't be made over 22. The room is very hot.

the location is strategic. the shower doesn't have hot water sometimes. other than that everything is fine. well, you get what you paid for.

I highly don't recommend you to choose this hotel to stay either one night or for long term! The receptionist was really impolite and stingy! We arrived there and need to use toilet, but she didn't allow us and told there is no toilet in the lobby. Yes, it was a tiny lobby, but we saw there was a toilet there! We have booked a deluxe room for 3 person, but she harshly ask us to book another room cause we are 6 person. Then we booked another standard room, but she gave a small room that not similar as the picture. In the morning, I ask her to lend us knife to cut mangoes, but again she said they don't have knife! Oh dear, I was depressed to stay there. After all, when we checked out, she even didn't smile or answer my greet. This is announcement to you all: please be considered to choose this hotel as your holiday stay. Be wise! Just 50m from here, there was a nice hotel with a family room for 6 people which 180 degree reverse of this hotel with affordable price. I won't ever back to time out hotel again!!!!

The location is hard to find and it is dirty ad not comfortable. Reception was not friendly. Baby cockroaches inside the room

Nice and clean with a friendly staff.

Banyak anak kecoa, kamar kurang bersih, tidak ada lift, kamar mengecewakan.

ตอนแรกไม่คาดหวังอะไร ห้องพอใช้ได้ ไม่มีลิฟต์ก็จะเหนื่อยๆหน่อย พนักงานน่ารักมากๆๆ ตั้งแต่เปิดประตู ข้างล่างเป็นร้าน subway กับไอศกรีม ติดชายหาด เสียแค่ไม่มีลิฟต์ นอกนั้นโอเคหมดเลยจ้า

ก็ดีค่ะโดยรวม แต่ผู้หญิงคนที่อยู่เคาน์เตอร์พูดจาไม่ค่อยไพเราะ ในห้องมีกลิ่นนิดหน่อยค่ะ
