Bilik besar, staf peramah dan semua yang bagus-bagus di hotel tersebut. Sarapan juga sedap, puas hati. Saya bagi 5 star untuk perkhidmatan pegawai dan staf HIG yang sangat cemerlang.

Bilik besar, proses check in check out pantas, staff semua helpful dan bagus. Food sedap! Pasti akan repeat.

Semua nya terbaik. Ada 2 sahaja yang perlu di perbaiki 1. Wifi - paling failed. Paling teruk walaupun sudah memaklum kepada operator bertugas. Masih teruk. Sekiranya related dengan bussines, nak bermesyuarat online dari bilik, memang masalah. Paling teruk sangat-sangat, Kalau rating bawah satu, saya akan bubuh paling teruk sungguh-sungguh. Diharap pihak pengurusan memandang serius hal ini. 2. Lampu di meja solek, tidak di perbaiki. Yang lain, semua memuaskan, memang saya akan mesyorkan ke sahabat2 saya. Insyaa Allah. Hotel HIG ni yang terbaik.

I recently stayed at a budget-friendly hotel located just a quick 100-meter walk from the hig complex. The hotel 's proximity to the complex made my stay incredibly convenient. The room was clean and comfortable, and the staff was helpful and professional. The overall experience was great for the price. If you're looking for an affordable place near the hig complex, this hotel is a solid choice.

Hotel HIG berada di tengah bandar kuah, sesuai untuk membeli belah kerana attach dengan kompleks HIG. Berhadapan denagn bazar, terdapat jualan, kedai makan yang sangat-sangat membantu dan selesa untuk percutian keluarga. Bilik yang bersih dan layanan memuaskan.

What happen to HIG reception staff, the staff should be customer orientated people. Should represent the hotel as sales person to sale any product that the hotel is selling, example when a guest request is not met, please explain why. Call grab car. Cannot. Room upgrade. Cannot. Any more discount dining voucher. Cannot. Extra pillow. Cannot. International perspective I could give 0. However the bellboy was very helpful.

Seperti biasa penginapan di HIG tidak pernah mengecewakan. Bilik yang luas dengan pelbagai kemudahan yang disediakan. Namun pada kali ini tahap kebersihan kurang memuaskan. Karpet yang tidak vacuum dengan sempurna, terdapat habuk di beberapa tempat seperti bingkai tingkap dan lampu meja. Semoga tahap kebersihan dapat ditingkatkan lagi pada masa akan datang. Akan menginap semula jika datang ke Langkawi.

Cukup berpuas hati dengan layanan staf bilik yang bersih dan islamic. In sya Allah kalau pergi Langkawi lagi saya dan keluarga akan menginap di hotel ini dengan lebih lama. Highly recommend pada semua. Thanks HIG.

Stayed in the deluxe suite hillview. Room is spacious and clean. Housekeeping did a great job. Staffs are friendly and helpful. Great location for shopping and food. HIG complex, bazaars and arked are just downstairs! Breakfast is simple. Theres some sop breech during breakfast buffet. Staff can do better in handling the overflowing customers.
