냉장고는 없지만 창문밖으로 보이는 뷰가 좋았습니다. 아침 식사와 방의 퀄리티는 쉬기에 더할 나위 없이 좋았습니다. 캄포광장까지 10분, 버스정류장에스 10분 이내라서 접근성도 좋습니다. 가격대비 매우 만족스러웠습니다.

객실에서 보이는 시에나의 전경이 아주 멋있습니다 호텔 인셉션과 앞마당이 아름답습니다. 그러나 객실 분위기나 복도는 허전합니다. 아쉬운 조식

뷰가 정말 좋아요!! 창문을 열면 두오모가 보이는데 숙소에서 나가고 싶지않을 정도로 이뻤어요. 룸도 깨끗하고 좋았습니다. 직원분들도 친절하신 덕분에 시에나 첫인상이 정말 좋았어요. 조식도 깔끔하고 좋습니다. 다음에 또 시에나를 방문한다면 무조건 이 곳을 예약할꺼에요.

굉장히 만족함 깔끔하고 아침제공마저 완벽했음. 시에나가는 사람들에게 무조건 추천 다만 와이파이가 잘 안터짐(홀이나 복도에서는 빵빵함)

리셉션 여자직원 이유없이 굉장히 무례하고 표정이 역겨웠습니다. 기분좋게 여행하고 숙소와서 기분 상했네요. 게다가 방음이 하나도 안되서 옆방 기침소리도 들림. 놀랍게도 주변에 클럽이 있나봐요? 밤새도록 클럽음악이 울려퍼집니다. 이불 머리에 덮고 귀마개 했지만 역부족. 피곤한 상태가 아니었다면 한숨도 못잤을겁니다. 다신 가고싶지 않음

Emplacement parfait! A quelques minutes à pieds du centre. Personnel accueillant, serviable, souriant. Très propre. Déjeuner varié et excellent! Lit confortable, la vue de la chambre était exceptionnelle et le petit balcon très apprécié.

Limpio y ubicado el Desayuno muy limitado

The location of the hotel was excellent and very convenient. However, the walls were quite thin, and I could clearly hear neighbours talking as well as toilets flushing, which made it difficult to relax. The water pressure in the shower was also very weak. I raised this issue with the staff, but I was told that moving to a different room would incur an additional charge. Given the inconvenience, it would have been appreciated if an alternative room had been offered as a gesture of goodwill. As I was only staying for two nights, I decided not to pursue the matter further.

Séjour de deux nuits en couple. Chambre très confortable avec vue magnifique sur Sienne. Personnel à l’accueil et au service sympathique et à l’écoute. Petits déjeuners de qualité . Séjour excellent

Rooms are pretty basic but location is amazing, right bang in the centre of the old town, all sights are within walkable distance. Breakfast was decent but was quite limited on the second day we were there with a lot of the hot items not being restocked

The room was good & the breakfast was nice. Good location. Easy to catch a bus to San Gimignano or Florence.

Hotel muito limpo. Excelente localização, da pra fazer tudo a pé. Café da manhã muito gostoso. Recepcionista muito ríspida, acho que ela não gosta de turista. Pedi pra me indicar uma agência de turismo para fazer passeio ali e ela disse que não sabia me indicar nenhum. Sempre sisuda. Um dos piores banheiros que já frequentei, não tem box, apenas uma cortina em um espaço bem apertado. Eu sou pequena e mesmo assim ela ficava se encostando em mim durante o banho (horrível). Após o checkout pedimos para deixar a bagagem mais algumas horas na recepção, pois nosso tem demoraria um pouco pra sair, deixaram, mas esse é um serviço cobrado à parte (nenhum outro hotel que passei cobra por isso).

The room was clean with plenty of towels and hot water and great water pressure. The view was incredible. The staff was awesome, they answered all of our questions and were so kind. The location is unbeatable, four major sites are less than 10 mins walking. We loved the vending machines for a quick drink! Would highly recommend for anyone coming to Siena. Thank you all for a great stay!

Chambre propre mais le mobilier est vieillot et il manque des éléments pour se sentir comfortable (bouilloire, rangement). Je ne sais pas si c'est partout la même chose, mais de ma chambre j'entendais tous les bruits extérieurs (les portes qui s'ouvrent, les gens dans le couloir,le voisin ronfler !) Je n'ai pas bien dormi et le bruit m'a beaucoup gêné pendant mon séjour. Emplacement idéal et personnel très aimable et serviable.

Hotel da a impressão de ter sido um convento. Várias imagens religiosas e crucifixos instalados. Equipe muito atenciosa. Nosso quarto era o economico no segundo andar (recepção ao nível da rua fica no quarto andar, e ficamos dois andares abaixo), infelizmente não tinhamos essa vista bonita das fotos. Café da manhã impecável... Queria muito a receita do pão com azeitonas que comemos no último dia. Pra quem vai chegar de onibus ou a pé, prestem bastante atenção as placas com indicação ao hotel, andamos bastante porque o google não nos mandou pegar a escadaria de acesso ao hotel.

La ubicación del hotel es buena, el desayuno correcto. La limpieza de la habitación debe mejorar pues es insuficiente.
