We needed a place in this area for an overnight stay. It is a Marriott property and we trust the brand. For an overnight stay, the room was quite comfortable and very clean. They provide a free breakfast buffet. They do not have a restaurant, coffee shop or bar on site. There are no facilities easily accessible if you do not have a car. Even with a car, it has limited options. But it did serve our purpose.

The inside of the hotel is very modern and clean. Rooms are nice and updated. No restaurant or bar to relax at.

Walked in and there was a hair net in the floor. Other than that, it was good.

Quiet and convenient location for my work trips. Clam and relatively safe.

Not really

Great / Above Average lighting in the guest room. Someone really looked at meeting all lighting needs of guests. I have now stayed at three of the limited number of hotel options on Staten Island. This one I will return to next trip in the fall. Great location / near a Trader Joe's (able to buy healthy and very tasty salad for dinner and fruit/ granola, yogurt for dessert and breakfast). The room was clean and bed comfortable, loved having a refrigerator and complimentary coffee in the lobby all morning. The hotel also offers a complimentary hot / cold breakfast buffet which looked well liked by many hotel guests.

For a NYC excursion, I would definitely stay here again. But, it’s next to the dump, so there is quite the smell outside, theres not much in dining or shopping nearby, and late night ppl drag race right outside so you get the squealing of tires and roaring engines. The staff don’t want to help either. But, the room is clean, there is a free hotel breakfast, and it’s a lot less hectic and much cheaper than staying in manhattan

This hotel is good for a few nights stay. Hotel is very basic. Good things: Staff is nice, clean room, okay free breakfast Not so good things: noisy room (freeway adjacent!), abandoned commercial area surrounds the hotel, poor shower water pressure.

Breakfast wasn't on time. No microwave in rooms. A non-bar...no social hour.
