Room was quite small, but location was perfect and room was clean...

방 크기도 괜찮고 체크인 시에도 친절했습니다. 조식도 맛있고 호텔 위치도 좋았으나(특히 튜브나 기차 이용 시에 좋음) 몇 가지 불편했던 사항이 있었습니다. 1. 욕실 1층에 있는 객실을 배정받았는데 나중에 욕실에 가보니 장애인용이었습니다 (욕조 없음). 시설이 거기에 맞춰져서인지 세면대가 작고 세면대 바로 위에 선반이 있어서 세안하기 매우 불편했어요. 게다가 세면대에서는 따뜻한 물이 안나와 추웠습니다. 2. 조식 조식 시 잉글리시 브랙퍼스트를 주문하면(메뉴 선택) 바로 만들어주는데, 시간이 부족해서(기차 시간이나 다른 예약 시간으로 인해) 먹지 못하는 날이 많았어요. 따뜻한 식사는 좋지만 저희처럼 빨리 조식을 먹고 나가길 원하는 경우엔 단점일 수도 있겠더라고요. 3. 와이파이 체크인 시 72시간동안 유효한 와이파이 아이디와 비밀번호를 주는데, 저흰 4박이라 하루가 모자랐어요. 물론 갱신하면 됐겠지만, 귀찮더라고요..

침대 깨끗하고, 욕실 괜찮고, 아침식사도 나쁘지 않습니다. 싱글룸은 보통의 런던 호텔이 그렇듯 방이 매우 좁으니 감안 필요. 교통이 매우 편해서 근교까지 다니고 싶으면 좋은 장소 같네요

호텔 직원들이 매우 친절했고, 호텔들이 많이 몰려있는 곳이라 전혀 위험하지도 않고, 안전했어요. 객실과 화장실은 좀..많이 좁았지만 그래도 침대는 푹신거려서 좋았고, 밖에 나갔다들어오면 깔끔한 정리와 새 수건으로 갈아줘서 좋았어요. 조식도 먹을만 했습니다. 전반적으로 만족합니다.

조용하고 깨끗하고 교통 편리합니다. 조식은 무료인 점 감안하면 괜찮습니다.

Another persons hair in the shower and on the bedding….no aircon. Desperate for updating. Rusty metal door on the vanity unit in the bathroom, mould in the shower

Clean room and thank goodness there was air-conditioning in the heat we had. Small but well equipped room.

Buena atención y limpieza

Stayed one night after watching Bruno Mars at Wembley. Very convenient central hotel, the welcome was warm and everything was explained to us, such as how the WiFi works. The shower curtain was dirty at the bottom and was fabric, gives me the ick as they tend to touch you while showering. I would expect something better quality. The bed was super comfy and a good night sleep. The room was a twin room and the bed that is near the window, has no plug sockets (not that I could find) but plenty on the other side and three on the wall at the bottom of the bed.

Small dingy room. The air conditioning needed to be reset twice by reception. Was reasonable price for Chelsea flower week however.

This hotel was in a great location for the tube, it very really tidy, the air conditioning worked great and they even let us check in early. Staff were so friendly, would definitely recommend this hotel.

Basic room and property. Good location, and clean. Air condition worked relatively well in the heatwave. But the hotel is a bit dated and could need upgrading up a bit on the worn-out furniture.

Great location. Lovely quiet street close to cafes, shops and Baker St tube station. The room was comfortable and clean. There was an iron and fridge in the room which were very helpful. I’d definitely stay again.

I had surgery nearby and the hotel were extremely helpful and kind, they arranged an early check in and helped me to my room. They were attentive, checked I could see everything I needed, and helped me connect to wifi. The room was clean, the beds very comfortable and the aircon was very effective. The hotel is quiet. It’s a perfect place for staying if you’re having medical treatment nearby.

This was a horrible hotel experience from beginning to end. The staff encouraged us pre-arrival to book directly with them, and then upon an arrival proceeded to charge us for both the booking with them as well as the Expedia booking. This hotel has very bad business practices, and the staff is incredibly rude. The property is also very dated and nothing special - it’s basic at best. There are so many other beautiful properties in the area with much kinder and less shady staff that don’t try to double and trouble charge you. Don’t stay here, go somewhere else.
