Good place and luxury room with nice service.

It was a family trip, and good access to Beach, and good meals. but, room looks old, and not very clean.

The location and transportation of the hotel is not that convenient.

house keeping是最低限度的服务，只把床铺一铺，换换毛巾，浴袍都懒得叠，更别说个人物品了。实在愧对5星级酒店。以后不会再选择温德姆了。

My family enjoyed staying at this hotel and wanted to take a taxi heading for Westin hotel where is located in HonKong middle road. I asked a bell boy to call for a taxi and he said that a taxi didn't go by a meter. A taxi driver asked for 260 RMB and I told him that I paid only 50 RMB last night. Then a bell boy told me to give ma further discount and asked me to pay 200 RMB. I had a young boy hence couldn't argue the fare with them further. A hotel was located in a remote area therefore it wasn't easy to get a cab without a hotel's assistance. It was really horrible.

It was a fantastic experience. The facility is above and beyond. The staff are supportive of our needs despite of their busy schedules.

Excellent hospitality with sincere and helpful staff in dining,room service and front desk. A bit remote from Qingdao city centre.

来黄岛银沙滩玩住在这里位置没的说，酒店随没有专属沙滩，但离开海滨浴场有小段距离也就抛开了人群。基本和酒店沙滩一样，人少很多。这里的沙滩比金沙滩好太多了，无论是水还是人群。如果只为看海完全不必要再去金沙滩了。酒店很大，海景房比湾景房好太多，强烈建议住海景。无论房间大小还是卫浴设施。正好是旺季酒店早餐服务人员面对的不是太从容。喜欢夜晚和清早再阳台看海的感觉。

One of the worst hotels I've stayed at. It was built in 2012 but looked like it was built 30 years ago. Very poor shape. And, a lot of the amenities listed just aren't there. They don't even heat the spa or any of the pools. The staff were nice (unlike other reviews) but none spoke English. I would not stay here again.

It's about one hour away from Qingdao . Upper management is good , but lots of training is needed for most employees. The second floor Chinese restaurant was great both for food and service. The pool is nothing special. I would really see this hotel as 4 Star not 5

First impression: wao! Staff: buuu! I don't speak chinese, they don't speak english. Staff are not friendly. Food is good but not enough to be bad treated.
