Chambre et sdb tres petites, modem juste a côté du lit, 2 lits simples à la place d’un lit double. Atmosphère un peu sinistre. Manque de fraicheur par rapport aux photos.

Really beautiful location; hospitable friendly and helpful staff

Loved my stay here, it's very quiet and the rooms are great. Breakfast was lovely. Convenience store a 3 min drive, or 15 min walk away.

It really was a home from home, amazing location and service. Couldn’t have wished for more.

Mooie accommodatie (kleinschalig, maar goede kwaliteit). Centraal in het westen gelegen en ideaal voor uitstapjes naar Funchal, oostpunt, Porta Cruz/Santana en Areeiro. Eigen (huur-)auto is wel een must. Huis was goed, maar de tuin was niet erg goed onderhouden....

Nice, quiet hotel with great staff. Enjoyable breakfast and dinner. My only complaint would be the shower head is in need of replacement, the water didn't spray out, it just fell out like a tap.

La habitación estaba genial, muy bonita y amplia al igual que el baño. Muebles rústicos de madera y tonos cálidos. Las vistas desde la terraza preciosas a la montaña. Desayuno bastante bueno, un poco de todo.

Ottima posizione in mezzo alla natura. Struttura molto carina.Proprietario gentilissimo. Buona la colazione preparata in stile picnic ogni mattina. Stanza grande e pulita. Letto comodissimo. Se volete un posto rilassante e silenzioso lontano dai turisti è perfetto.

L'emplacement est parfait pour le repos et admirer la nature, le paysage. À 10 mn de l'aéroport en voiture c'est bien également.

Sehr freundliches Personal und insgesamt guter Service. Die Räume und Einrichtungen waren sehr sauber. Das Hotel ist etwas abgelegen in einer parkähnlichen Gegend mit toller Aussicht auf die Berge. Sehr ruhig und ideal zum Ausspannen.. Die Begrüßung beim Check in war sehr freundlich. Es gibt ein Kaminzimmer wo jeden Abend der Kamin angefeuert wurde und wo man sich gut zum Lesen oder chillen Abends bei einem guten Glas Wein aufhalten konnte.Das Frühstück ist eine Mischung aus englischem und kontinentalen Frühstück mit Rührei, Speck und Toastbrot aber auch ganz leckere Brötchen, Müsli und immer frisch zubereiteten Früchten. Nur der Kaffee war für unseren Geschmack etwas dünn. Beim Abendessen kann man aus verschiedenen Menus wählen. Wir haben allerdings nur am ersten Abend dort gegessen weil wir die Restaurants auf der Insel ausprobieren wollte.

This Quinta was charming. Not in the general tourist area it was perfect for walking with the Lavadas right on the doorstep. The staff were lovely. The only downside was the fact coffee and tea are not provided in the rooms. The food was very good but not large helpings.

Assez éloigné de Funchal. Accueil sympathique. Chambre propre.. un peu humide à cette periode de l année. Restauration tres chere.
