처음에 로비가 작아서 좀 실망한점도 있지만 저희가 장기투숙이어서 윗층으로 업그레이드를 해주셨고 로비 직원분도 매우 친절했어요. 윗층의 전망은 정말 환상적이었습니다. 숙소 위치도 매우 좋았습니다. 조용했고 주변에 바로 선착장이 있어서 투어도 쉽게 이용가능했구요 한인마트나 울워스도 걸어서 10분정도였어요. 정말 만족해서 다른 사람에게 추천해주고 싶어요 It was amazing place though I didn't expect that. very resonable price. also wonderful sightseeing from balcony which I can see cruises and blue seas, skies. Jack & newell is so quiet spot and reachable that I can buy just within 10 min walking. The staffs are so kind and nice that they can respond anything I asked. I really recommend this place whoever are family and going to Cairns.

메인과 라군에서 10분거리라 먼감도 있지만 항구가 보이는 윗층과 야경이 너무 좋아 테라스에서 보내는 시간이 많았음 3베드룸에서 숙박 방은3개 화장실 두개 가족들과 같이가기엔 완젼 굳굳

리프터미널이랑 굉장히 가까워요 걸어서 5분정도 였던거 같네요. 서비스 아파트먼트라 조리도구며 세탁기 전부 다 갖춰져 있어서 저희도 간단히 아침도 해먹고, 빨래도 하고 너무 편하게 잘있다 왔어요~~ 객실도 깔끔하고 관리도 잘해놨더라구요 인테리어도 너무 이쁘고 ㅎ 전체적으로 가족여행하기 너무 좋은 숙소였던거 같네요ㅎ 근데 청결도에서 한포인트 뺀건..개미가 나오더라구요..많이는 아닌데..음식을 실온에 두지는 못하겠더라구요~~친절히 경고메모도 해놓았더라구요~~ 너무신경쓸정도는 아니니 참고만하시라구 남겨요~~암튼 굉장히 고급 아파트에서 지내다 온 느낌이었어요ㅎ

We had a truly wonderful stay at this hotel in Cairns and couldn’t be happier with our experience. The location is absolutely perfect—right in the heart of Cairns, yet still peaceful and quiet. Everything you need is within easy walking distance: the beach, restaurants, cafés, and shops are all just about 200 metres away, which made getting around effortless, especially as a family. The hotel itself was exceptionally clean and very well maintained. From the rooms to the common areas, everything felt fresh, comfortable, and thoughtfully cared for. We also felt very safe throughout our stay, which is incredibly important when travelling with family. What really sets this place apart, though, is the people. It’s family owned, and you can genuinely feel it in the way the owners and staff treat their guests. The hospitality was sincere, warm, and welcoming—not forced or scripted. They went out of their way to make us feel at home, always happy to help, give local tips, or simply have a friendly chat. It was a fantastic family stay, and we created great memories here. If you’re looking for a clean, safe, centrally located hotel with heart and outstanding hospitality, this place is a gem. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Cairns.

景色も最高

客室は清潔でした。 キッチンも広く、洗濯機、乾燥機も完備されていたので子供と泊まるにはとても良かったです。 12月に滞在しましたが、雨季で雨がよく降ったので雨具は用意しておくといいです。ホテルにはありません。

チェックインを早めてくれたり、丁寧なコミュニケーションが素敵でした。部屋も広く、とても綺麗で、満足でした。

三泊しましたが立地、ロケーション共に最高の施設です。様々な設備が整っており快適に生活出来ます。近くにはスーパーもあり自炊も楽しめます。ケアンズ の拠点をここにして良かったと思える場所です。残念だった点はリビングの照明が一カ所点かなかったこと、部屋の洗濯機を利用したら汚れが付いてしまったこと(ドラムが掃除されてなかったみたい)位。 アパートメントだから仕方ないかな、汚れが付いたタオルは直ぐに交換してくれました

We got the 3bdrm, 3ba unit. Location was so convenient to walk everywhere we needed to go like: close to the daily night market, the pick up location of both Kuranda rail tour and Great Barrier Reef tours, Esplanade lagoon, great food (all under 10mins). So we didn’t need a car. Apt was clean and over all looked newer esp kitchen appliances, dishes and cooking utensils.
