Great place to stay - reception super friendly & helpful

It’s such a great location, we had a wonderful time!

All excellent including cabin selection. Sporadic access to internet services frustrating.

Cabin 91 needs to have a replacement fluoro tube fitted in the kitchen. I suggest bedside lights both sides of the main double bed would help a great deal. Reception staff member was excellent and should be promoted or given financial reward for exemplary intro to the site and facilities.

The cabin we got was in a bad shape and it wasn't cheap.

Absolutely gorgeous location! Very clean with all amenities within easy distance of each other. Will definitely stay again and recommend to family/friends!

We realise that check in for the cabins is from 3pm, but as we had 3 other family members staying in the park, we arrived at 11am, so we could spend a good part of the day with them. We checked in at reception when we arrived, to let them know we were there early and asked if there was any chance we could at least park at the cabin, so we didn't have to carry our provisions into the park. The girl that that was serving us, thought it would be ok, but the other girl over rode her and said that they would prefer us not to do that. They would contact me by sms to advise when the cabin would be ready. By 2.40pm we hadn't heard anything so we went to the office to check. We were told that the cleaner had just started our cabin and we should come back at 3.00 or 3.05. As they knew we were already there, couldnt they have arranged to clean our cabin earlier rather than making us wait until the advised time. I am recovering from a triple bypass operation and as such are limited in what i can carry, so getting a park inside the park would have been very useful.

The accommodation was very comfortable and modern. The view was awesome. The water is clear and fairly calm and easy to swim in as it is a smalll bay.

Great spot by the beach, quiet and everything you need right there.

Our cabin was set back, next to the rainforest, which was lovely. We enjoyed watching the brush turkeys (8). The double bed was comfortable, and the shower was strong. The proximity to the beach and the holiday park's community area were fabulous. Our only issues were the lack of Wi-Fi in that part of the holiday park, and our cabin (#90) was not well-sealed. It got very cold at night.

Seal Rocks is truly a magical little beach hideaway! The two person villa at Reflections was clean, comfortable and served perfectly as an overnight stop on our roadtrip. The ocean view from the front deck was spectacular at sunset. Reflections staff were very friendly and helpful. We can’t wait to come back!

A really top spot. The cabin was a bit older and that's something people might not like. But for me it was awesome! Really reasonable price and a perfect spot. Had aircon that wasn't mentioned on Expedia and was nice and warm in there. Awesome flow and hot shower and a very comfy bed too! Very helpful staff. I was late checking in and rang ahead. They just left the key and info in a drop box and sent me the code. Nothing was too much hassle for them. Thank you thank you.
