Très calme Bien situé Vue sur lac Petit déjeuner très bien

Hotel is great but ruins the scenery and is total wadte of resources

It was on a beautiful lake with a view of the entire town. Rooms were upscale. The pool and jacuzzi area was fantastic, food excellent and the staff very helpful.

All was amasing !

Unique location with splendid views of the lake and town. Staff friendly and helpful and very patient of my very limited polish.

Einfach alles super hotel

L'atmosfera in generale e personale molto gentile. È stato un soggiorno gradevole, compreso di parcheggio per l’auto. Personale gentile e accogliente. Ottima prima colazione. Piscina forse un po' piccola,comunque mai affollata. Zona saune comoda e pulitissima

Piękny hotel, z każdej strony widok na jezioro. Polecam.

Świetny nowoczesny hotel doskonale polozony. Piekny widok z okna, mily basen i taras sloneczny. Rzadko kiedy nie mam sie do czego przyczepić, a tutaj nie znajduję minusów;-)

Piękny hotel nz cudownym widokiem na jezioro. Cześć noclegowa na wyspie, gdzie z każdego okna można obserwować piękne widoki. Restauracje z widokiem na wodę, aż szkoda, że nie było na tyle ciepło by wypić kawkę na zewnątrz. Jedyny minus, że po południu otwarta jest jedynie restauracja i nie można nic zamówić np. do gry w bilarda czy kręgle. Powinny być dostępne przekąski do zamówienia przy barze. Pokoje czyste i eleganckie. Strefa basenowa w rzeczywistości mniejsza niż na zdjęciach, jednak strefa saun i relaksu rekompensuje wszystko. Polecam

Everything about the hotel was first class, with three exceptions. it was disappointing to have to pay for parking. I wish they'd just had a slightly higher room price and included it. Secondly, we had two dinners in the restaurant on the island. The ambiance was lovely but the food was not very hot on either occasion, on the first night, we were given everything for bread, plate, knife, oils and vinegar before our dinner but forgot the bread. When our starters arrived the items mentioned were hastily whipped away. On the second night, my starter had one of the most important ingredients missing, very disappointing as it was quite expensive. Thirdly, it was amusing afterwards but there were strong rules about the spa which was a naked area where no children were allowed. Fair enough, being English I just abided by the rules and got on with it. On my way to the steam room from the sauna wearing nothing but my wedding ring and a smile I encountered a clothed lady with her also clothed, no more than 13 year old daughter. I thought the staff could have pointed out the rules more effectively apart form that, we had a lovely room, the staff and services was good and the breakfasts were first class.

During 4 days of our stay, the cleaning staff never cleaned the surface of the furniture and the floor carpet, the shower cubicle was not cleaned. Very poor offer of TV channels, pay-TV channels do not accept an order to play a movie, but only collect financial resources. At my request, the fee was canceled by the receptionist. Tasty breakfast, with exclusion the juices available , all of them, barely retain their taste due to excessive dilution with water.

I recommend this hotel for family stays with children. Everything available in one place. The hotel need to have an overlook in breakfast variety. Mud Sauna was not working for which I was interested before coming to hotel.

Séjour parfait. Bel endroit, idéalement placé. Petit déjeuner exceptionnel. Vue magnifique depuis notre terrasse.

lovely place but staff and quality of services provided … very very disappointing :( I’d never recommend that stay for anyone planning to hang there longer than 2 days, for 7 days/nights this is defo too long, not much to do plus city promenade … omg, unbelievable crap and croud :( never again. lesson learnt !

A 5 star hotel that doesnt have a queen size bed? What? A 5 star hotel with off site paid parking? What? Have to drag our suitcases half a mile to our room? No way I would ever rate this more thwn 3 stars!

Great views of the lake from the room. We understand the limitations of COVID-19, but there are certainly some things that need to be improved, such as serving breakfast to the room because the food is cold. The more so as there is a restaurant in the main hotel building where you can prepare warm dishes.
