Owners were lovely. Great position on outskirts of Apollo Bay , with wonderful views of the sea. Clean room .

View was great even on ground floor. Loved that the 2 beds were in separate areas of the room. Unit is older than expected but very comfortable. Only down was no dessert/cereal bowls. Travelled during fires so was pleased Hostess stayed in contact with us before we arrived re situation.

Location is perfect. The hotel needs a renovation. But the room was very clean

If I could rate it less than 1 star I would. The hotel was dirty, falling apart and had bugs, roaches to be clear. We took pictures. Very disappointing!

Views were great, 5 min walk into town but units were a bit old and tired. Slept like a baby in comfy bed.

Beautiful view of ocean from all upstairs rooms. Very clean room. Building could do with some maintenance but other than that, we loved it.
