입구부터 쿄토 고도의 이미지를 듬뿍 살렷고 직원들의 친절도도 넘좋았고 식사도 만족 스럽고 다시 가고 싶습니다

Excellent superb service by every single member of the staff . This particular ritz Carlton should be recategorized as a 7 star hotel (if there is not such a rating , one should be started) instead of 5 star. This property deserves all the praise and then some - especially their staff and service.

Still not sure how they did it, but it exceeded every expectation I had. It was the best experience I have had at a hotel.

Dry nice and central - service in restaurants somewhat questionable - lots get “lost in transaltion” Early morning cycle tour really great and worth doing!!

A beautiful property combines the Japanese traditional charm with modern amenities and comfort. Staff exceptionally helpful and providing highest level of service. I cannot recommend this hotel enough .. it is an experience to be enjoyed

Unbelievable. No better atmosphere, service or quality at any other hotel in Kyoto.

This hotel doesn’t have what other hotels have of this quality…they don’t have shuttles, they don’t have complimentary coffee or tea, or really Anything complimentary…this is a very formal hotel, we will not stay here again very disappointed.

Staff and property are beautiful. First time in Kyoto but location is perfect for gion and other areas.

In the true Ritz-Carlton tradition, the R-C Kyoto upholds the highest standards of customer service and provides a 5 star facility. We asked for help from the concierge regarding a tour guide and what to see and he responded with great advice and helped us make a great connection.

I will rate this hotel as 4.5 stars rather than perfect 5 stars. The minor complaints are the breakfast and the location. The Japanese breakfast here is not as flavorful as the one I have in Tokyo (another 5 stars hotel). The location is far away from high end shopping malls and the surrounding area looks like a very average neighborhood.

The Kyoto Ritz is a beautiful hotel. First class in every respect. Exactly what you would expect from a five star property.

Truly exceptional- one of the best 5* hotels I’ve stayed in.

咳をしていたらハーブティーを持ってきてくれた。心遣いに感謝しています。

ベッドサイドの電話がホコリだらけ等　部屋の清掃がきになった。部屋の冷蔵庫内のワインが高額に過ぎ、しかも美味しくまなく非常に残念。もてなしの真の意味が違うと感じた。朝食付のプランでしたが、残念な内容でした。

良かったです。

出張で2泊3日で滞在したのですが、とても素晴らしい滞在期間となりました。スタッフさんの対応、レストランのシェフの味と接客、全てに於いて流石の一言としか言いようがございませんでした。 もし改善点を上げるとしたら、私は喫煙者なので館内に喫煙ルーム等の物を設置して頂けたら最高でした。どうしてもわざわざ毎回着替えて外に出て行かなければならないで。 後、バスタオルが大きいのは良いのですが質が良いのかかなり重たく使い勝手が余り良くなかった様に思います。 と、言っても上記の２点とも私の単なる我儘ですので特に問題点と言う訳ではないと思います。 それ以外は本当に素晴らしくお仕事で滞在だった為ゆっくりと、とまでは行かなかったでしたがそれでも滞在期間中本当に満喫出来ました。 次回また京都へ行く事がある際はまた利用したいと思いましたし今度はもっと時間を作って満喫したいと思いました。
