Η κυρία Έλενα στη ρεσεψιόν με άπταιστα ελληνικά έτοιμη να λύσει κάθε πρόβλημα και να βοηθήσει τους πελάτες . Το ξενοδοχείο το ξενοδοχείο είναι πολύ καλό, καθαρό ,και το βαρύ πυροβολικό του είναι ο χορός του spa με τις πολλές πισίνας.

Πρόκειται για ένα πολύ όμορφο ξενοδοχείο, με εξυπηρετικό προσωπικό. Το δωμάτιο ήταν άνετο και καθαρό. Εξαιρετικός ο χώρος του SPA CENTER και οι θεραπείες μασάζ. Το πρωινό ήταν πολύ καλό.

The hotel is generally fine. Position less. The terrible thing I encountered was the reception manager's service, which at our request of another key to the door, he shouted at us that we had to pay for it. he said that we had already received two keys, when we received only one. It was embarrassing, unpleasant and unworthy.

Positive: Good pool & spa facilities. Friendly staff. Negative: the room was noisy. The food at breakfast & dinner was awful.

The reception team are very helpful and always greeted you as you come out of the lift's. Our room was great on the 5th floor with 2 balconies. The cleaning was not great by the maids but all in all a fab room and good hotel.

Great location, staff and amenities. Will deffo be returning in the future. The only thing I wasn't too keen on was the buffet style breakfast and dinner. There are many places to eat close by at good prices though.

The rooms were space the spa center was great near the ski center

The aquapark is big, the pools are warm enough, but a few buttons for waterfalls are not working, still great. The staff was very kind. They offered an apartment for us, but we prefer two rooms, because the apartments are in the next building and it is not so convenient to go to the pools from there. We need to change one of our rooms for the second night, not a big deal, but still little unpleasant. Overall, very nice stay.

Me and my mum really loved this hotel, the staff and its facilities. As it was a low season, we seem to have the whole place to ourselves. The heated swimming pool outside made of rock where we stayed for hours, the spa with its saunas and the big two bedroom apartment we shared with my friend. Everything was very clean and luxurious. The staff was very friendly and welcoming. We had a late night flight so they allowed us to check out later than usual. We were on our vegan challenge but still found plenty of good food from the buffet as well as the menu. Overall had a very positive experience and even a tan. Already planning a new trip there. We rented a car and it was about two hours drive from Sofia but the journey was enjoyable due to great landscape. We also did a day trip to Greece that is an hour away.

Our second trip to the Astera. It was just as perfect as our first trip first trip 2 years ago. I wouldn't stay anywhere else in Bansko! It's a short walk to the gondola and in the nicest part of the town close to the edge of the Pirin Forest where there are some great walks. The hotel is great value for money and we love it! Just a fabulous holiday all round. Looking forward to next year already!

Great hotel , very handy for gondola

My general impression is that this hotel is closer to a three star in terms of experience but achieved a four star ranking based on range of facilities. We stayed for 4 nights. The hotel is well-situated in town for access to the lifts. There are numerous facilities including outdoor pool (slightly dirty) and sauna and indoor pool. The staff were mostly helpful. Our room seemed dusty, beds were two singles pushed and made together not a double as advertised. Beds were not comfortable and heating / air con seemed to increase dust. Some of the furnishings were repaired by being stapled together. Literally. Bathrooms however were good. Breakfasts were good, dinners were ok.

It was great for skiing, the food however was generally cold and not that of a 4 star

בגדול, המלון יפה ומוצלח כפי שנראה באתר. אבל , יש בעיה קטנה של רעש, בחלק מהחדרים שומעים רעש בלילה ממסיבות באזור....

We were staying in a old building. The maintenance of the room was very bad. The shower was broken. one of the wall was with a leak. We ask that some one will come to check the problem and no one came......
