I liked the room condition in general! It was cozy and had all the equipment. However, the shower booth didn't have a door, making it easy to wet the floor. In terms of location, it was a bit distant from the metro station, and personally, I felt the blocks between the metro and the hotel was not 100% safe..

Rooms was very spacious

The guy the desk was high and gave us completely incorrect information on parking, even how to use the elevators. His information was wrong. The one elevator was completely under construction and probably should have been taken out of use. We get to the room and there's no soap and soap in the bathroom. There's water damage in the bathroom, torn wallpaper in the dining area and an air conditioning unit that rattled all night long. The only person who was helpful and knew anything about anything about the hotel was a valet who gets five stars would not recommend save your money. Go elsewhere

Nice place!!!!

The issue I didn’t like was the hot water in the shower seemed like it was on a timer. It didn’t stay hot for long.

The night receptionists always had an attitude, and because I was taking my pictures since the hotel had a nice background she kept asking if I stayed in the hotel and I assured her many times I did and even told her my room number. She was just nasty. And ask for my ID to confirm

Everything was fine disappointed there was no WASH Close in the room the refrigerator was not working I wasn’t aware of that until I went to get my fuit was unbeatable

Property is really nice, loved the rooms. Would stay again! The only thing we were bummed about was there’s no pool and the roof top was getting renovated, which we were so excited for. But all around was a great place to stay .

I stayed there for 3 nights and my room was only cleaned on the day before I left. Also I requested bathroom towels and cloths and didn’t receive them.

Regret booking this hotel, wasted money :( We checked out right after checking in.

Nice place very clean

Property under construction however, nice staff/nice rooms/nice area/convenient location. Definitely recommend.

Evening female receptionist wasn’t nice enough to help guests

The front desk host were amazing. The only major problem for me was getting towels. A minor problem was the phone would only work on speaker. When I called down for towels I had to use my phone, which took longer for them to answer. The sink annoyed me because the water would go everywhere. Overall, the staff was friendly and the rooms were clean. My overal rating would be a 4.75. I would stay here again.

Knowledge of where to park . Breakfast - food was good but people had to wait 10 min. Or more and st not enough put out.

I absolutely had an awful stay we stayed Thursday- Sunday and the whole time we got a total of 6 towels the whole stay for 6 people WOW. Then, there was people in the walkway doing drugs, oding, awful smells and trash everywhere. Then we had to share a parking building and had to pay 30$ overnight just to park which wasn’t stated in the property details. Also stated free breakfast and it was 20$ a person, for sausage, grits, and waffle fries, wow! Didn’t even have complementary coffee. Worst Hyatt hotel I have ever stayed at. Asked room service for towels multiple days multiple times and they always said they didn’t have any. People at front desk was so rude every time we needed help. The air barely worked, the refrigerator went out several times finally replaced on the last day of the stay. When we went to check out, they only offered us a $50 refund. I am honestly just shocked . Stay away from this hotel at all costs!! Scammers!!

I really Loved the layout of the room. We enjoyed the additional space and were able to be productive will staying in the room

Awful awful first off we had a nightmare trying to figure out how to get into the parking to be informed it’s 30-40$ a night to park!! How is the parking listed for free?? Then we went to eat the complimentary breakfast to be told oh we charge your room for 20$ a person! And alls they had was grits and sausage!! Wow what am so disappointed in this place! I have never stayed at a Hyatt so bad!!
