프론트의 서비스가 매우 안좋음. 객실료 미리 지불했지만 현지에서 이중지불해야 했음. 차량도 세번이나 예약했고 확인했지만 결국 제시간보다 40분 기다려야 했음.

The hotel made me wait for nearly an hour and a half to allot a king-bed room, which was finally provided at 5:30 PM. This was despite the fact that I had visited the hotel at 8:30 AM and discussed my room requirement in advance. There was no senior staff member available to address the issue at the time. Due to this mismanagement, I had to cancel my dinner reservation as well as an important meeting. Room service was extremely disinterested and unprofessional. While placing a food order over the phone, I was put on hold so that the staff could take another order, and they called me back only after 15 minutes to take my order. I had specifically requested ice and lemon along with the food, but these were not provided. When I reminded the staff again at the time of food delivery and requested ice and onions, it took another 30 minutes and a second follow-up for them to bring it, by which time I had already finished my meal. At check-in, I had requested the Duty Manager to ensure that a senior staff member met me before checkout to address these concerns; however, this request was also not taken seriously. Overall, the service was extremely poor. The staff and management showed a clear lack of concern for guest experience, which is completely unacceptable from a brand like Mayfair.

Very good place to stay clean, bright, fresh. Staff especially Jagdish who went out of the way to help. Chef cooked special diet for us. Brilliant !

I had inadvertently booked the check in date as 18.6.2023 whereas my actual check in date should have been 25.6.2023( one week later). To rectify this mistake, I called at the hotel number but such was the sorry state of affairs that even after calling continously for about 3 hrs, nobody answered the call. Many times the automated msg kept holding my call for about 10 minutes but no staff answered the call. As a result, I had to forgo the full advance payment that I had made during the booking. This is so unfair, customers should at least be given the chance to amend the dates instead of making them face so much hardship and lose their hard earned money!

The check in was effortless and room was beautiful. We ate the dinner with some local friends and the chef was very accommodating to our "no spice" food. The food was delicious and well made as expected for top hotel menus in the western part of the world. The breakfast was also good. The service was really top notch. Truly a gem in Odisha.

Nice location and rooms with functional furnishings, very clean room

Great staff and service. I was little disappointed they could not adjust the charge of extra bed that we asked when booking, but did not use. If you book through Expedia, do not expect any adjustments.

Stay at Mayfair was really good, excellent breakfast buffet and dinner options

Very courteous staff. Food was delicious. The rooms were very clean. We used hotel car for sightseeing. The car and driver was very courteous and the car with A/C was very comfortable. The hotel has 24 hour staff at the reception and the restaurant.

Stay was worth it with a good staff to look after. Shoba was pleasant in approach and efficient in service. Satya’ s services in the restaurant and Chef Ganesh’s preparations were appreciated.

The checkin was really quick. The staff are very pleasant and friendly and real value for money. I would recommend any one visiting Bhubaneshwar to stay in Mayfair Convention

Stay was ok type. Room facilities ok - TV doesn't have HD channels subscription. Not expected from Mayfair. However breakfast was very good. That's really good about the hotel.
