Parking was fine. Kitchen was great, everything I needed. First night was very noisy from passing trucks & traffic. Next day I realised there was a window open in the bathroom. Next night was great. Very low price. Good value. Everything I needed.

The bathroom was disgusting, with mould all around and bugs at night, and the swimming pool was full of dust. Never again, wasn't it shown in the advertisement.

One night stay but friendly reception. Comfy room with many nice touches you get in big hotels. I made a little mess but no cleaning gear to fix it. Convenient little kitchenette in the room and a comfy bed. I was in the room closest to the entry and road but quiet enough and a good location to get around town. Shopping was nearby as is the zoo and Botanic gardens - a great spot to see the sunset with birdlife and the lake.

Property was basic. Whilst crockery and cutlery were provided, not enough of either for the number of people for the room. Also no way of washing dishes as no soap, dishcloth or tea towel was provided Bathroom had no soap holder in shower or soap dispenser

Easy to check in and out clean nice showers late check in which is good when travelling and get in late

They need to check inside rooms that all is working eg: bathroom/toilet door wouldn’t close over properly very tight parking within the facility no extra blankets mattress uncomfortable no information booklets in rooms tv not working properly but it was a safe place to lay your head

Staff was friendly and helpful. The motel room shows its age and there was mould in the bathroom. Needs a clean and the whole room would be good after a renovation. Parking spaces too small and confined. Not much traffic noise but loud people outside the room at 5am the day we were there.

Although the room was small it was laid out well but no space for putting your bag if 3 people stayed. Only room for the 2 chairs around the small table but table and 2 chairs provided in the small space outside. No room for large vehicles. Exit locked so only easy exit to use is the Entrance onto a busy road which has traffic lights.

Receptionist was great however the conditions were terrible. The pool was out of service and dirty. The beds were uncomfortable, aircon was cold but smelt musty, lights were faulty and the room was riddled with cockroaches.

Bed was terrible. Road noise was bad. Also had large cockroaches in the room.

Would not recommend

Beds felt like sleeping on springs Only two towels for 4 people Felt like a half way house with residents smoking at their doors.

The front door didn't lock

Room was messy/ bit dirty, plates/ cutlery in sink & on drainer. Needed to move the bed back into place. Smelt bad. Single mattress very thin/feel the spring. Not much space for cars to park, gardens & grass around the property unkept/overgrown. Wheelie bins not tidy & rubbish around them.

Shower needed a good clean. No toilet roll handle. Air-conditioner didn't work to well. Cutlery was just thrown in the kitchen box/cupboard thing. Blackout curtains do not Blackout anything and part is missing. Room needs other small items fitted or repaired correctly like bathroom window and soap/shampoo/conditioner handle. no pressure in shower.

Too many uninvited room mates stay with me. Ants on my bed (lucky had two beds in my room). The biggest noisy ine is cricket in my room as well. I was too tired to find it. Make the noise almost all night. I have no choice as I was self late check in. It was not a good experience after 12 hours drive,

Room had no towels had no toilet paper. I had to chase these up from someone who couldn’t understand what I was asking for.

Bed was comfortable. Shower pressure was good but the hot water took a couple minutes to come through. In the room I stayed in, the shower dripped constantly keeping me awake at times. The bathroom door was very hard to slide close as it had come off the sliders. Air con worked well.

It was certainly unique It was not clean, floors were dirty, bathroom door was swinging in the breeze , no toilet paper holder, trouble filling the kettle, wouldn’t fit under the sink tap, the lower toilet bowl was brown and it certainly does not look like the picture in What if.

This motel was the worst I have ever stayed in. The only saving grace was the fact that I arrived so exhausted and bleary eyed that I couldn’t see the filth that awaited me in my room. In the morning, I couldn’t wait to get out! I am not sure how this property manages to maintain a 3 star rating. My room was atrocious. Rubbish on the bench, pillows so flat they fold when you pick them up, pubic hairs in the shower, pipes that don’t drain properly (and the lingering stench caused by that issue), unvacuumed floors, long dark hairs scattered over the tissue-thin mattress protector… This place ought to be condemned.
