Good parking , near beachs and supermarkets

Fin beliggenhed i rimelig gå-afstand til det meste i byen. Jeg boede på 8. etage og havde en stor lejlighed med soveværelse med queenzise seng, køkken, stort badeværelse og terrasse med udsigt over omgivelserne. Jeg tjekkede sent ind (pr. telefon), og det gik fint nok, men jeg savnede en flaske vand i køleskabet og et par kaffebrikker til kaffemaskinen som en basal velkomstpakke. Eneste minus var naboens hane....

Overall experience was good, staff were friendly and our requests dealt quickly and efficiently. Apartment was a good size and had most things needed for a beach holiday. Access to the beach easy by car (approximately 5mins), within walking distance to the harbor and city centre (10/15mins). Beaches also within walking distance (around 20/25mins)but with children might be tricky in the heat. Also a lovely public park with a cafe just opposite the apartment complex. Cafes and supermarkets nearby.

Good location

It is a nice location because it is just off the main strip of Praia de Rocha, so it’s quiet. But 1 towel per week, 1 cleaning per week, I had to argue to get an extra pillow, and the beds were bricks. Honestly, stay here if you want the absolute bare minimum, however, if you expect anything remotely above adequate, spend the extra money and go elsewhere.

Forts noticed was when arriving the parking was next to a trailer park area or a homeless camp, felt unsafe especially traveling with children. Room was dirty and appliances were old and dirty. Noticed what appeared to be blood stains on the ceiling lamp and walls. Ended up having to leave and paying extra to stay at a different hotel. Will not recommend this place at all.

Experiência aceitável tendo em conta o valor pago por noite. A cama da criança era o fundo do sofá qu estava na sala.

Nice bathrooms with big tub and bidet. Terrible beds. No heater in the rooms. Was cold at night

- Não existia Sofá-cama “Queen Size” como anunciado. O sofá estava divido em duas partes, uma gaveta que abria e tinha colchão e a parte dos acentos era a outra metade, ou seja, duas “camas”, uma ao nível do chão e outra ao nível dos acentos do sofá; - Apenas disponibilizada uma ventoinha por apartamento, mesmo havendo sala e quarto para “climatizar” (dia de 40°C e noite de 30°C, apartamento sem a/c); - Vizinhos barulhentos;

Apartamento con cocina. Perfecto para unos días visitando los alrededores. Con piscina y bien situado. Aparcamiento fácil.

Nice studio suite. About 1.5km from Rocha beach. Lidl grocery is about .5 km away.

Clean, practical accommodation Lovely staff

After reading the reviews, I decided to book the apartment. The staff were very friendly, helpful & great at answering all our questions & giving us directions. The apartment was extremely clean & had all the amenities needed for a holiday. I was expecting air conditioning, only some apartments have it, but it did have 4 patio doors, so there was plenty of airflow. Great & good value.

Buen sitio, cerca de todo en coche y tranquilidad, eso sobre todo. Super precio y super bien el sitio. Repetiría sin dudarlo

Bom espaço, mais que suficiente para uma estadia de alguns dias. Peca no colchão da cama, já algo desgastado, pois sentiam se as molas todas. Tirando isso bastante aceitavel
