We stay only 1 night in presidential suite. The villa very big. Can fit to 10 people.and the cooking equipment also good. We buy some meat and vegetable in seoul and bring to villa cook there and very enjoy the view and we are very lucky. In the morning the snow fall very nice event we go there in the early december. We will go back again next time. Thanks elf spa resort for the good service

The hotel offers several facilities especially for children such playground with snow sled, small zoo with free animal feeding, popcorn and cotton candy making etc. Unfortunately when we were there, the snow was only a few but the staffs are very friendly and arranged transport to the nearest ski resort. The staffs speak simple English but very very helpful. Thanks

Everything was great. I only stayed 1 night, I should stay longer. What I loved with this resort the ambiance - the Instagram worthy houses, the comfort of staying in and out of the room, had a great time on the bath thub , the super helpful reception (special mention to Judy who helped me from the start of the inquiry until the day that I checked out and also the guy, sorry forgot the name who help me carry my bags to the room and was there when I have trouble opening the window), most specially the fun on playing with the snow. The only comment that I can give since I traveled alone is the expensive taxi getting in and out of the resort since there are no public transportation nearby. From either bus terminal or KTX, you need to take a taxi going to the place. The resort is also far from attractions, however the resort itself is an attraction wherein you can stay all day/week long with so much activities in it. All in all, everything was perfect. Will definitely be back again next time with my family

Good place with mountain view. I stay in goodstay elf when the winter is coming. The place not too far with phoenix ski resort. All staff in goodstay elf is very humble and helpful. Thanks goodstay elf, someday, i'll came again.
