전체 평가 및 리뷰 LOTTE City Hotel Jeju

이 호텔에서는 순수한 행복이었습니다. 우리는 멋진 숙박을 했습니다.

It felt like high end hotel, spacious carpark which had many lots available.

Only 2 Km from the airport (4400 KRW for taxi) and I got free room upgrade. Easy check in with warm welcome from receptionist, clean room, and lot of food restaurants around hotel. They are not providing toothbrush, so bring your own or just buy it in nearest convenience store. If you need a taxi, just ask to lobby man, he will call a taxi for you. Definitely my first choice for my next visit to Jeju Island.

The hotel service is very good, the concierge and receptionist are very nice and friendly they wanna help us to get the taxi, give a warm smile too also they wanna help us and give us advice for the place to eat. The breakfast is nice too, as the taste and the various of the food is so good. The room is also tidy and clean. So overall it's awsome and so recomended.

Nice hotel in Jeju. I’ll stay here when come back to Jeju.

Hotel ini berada tepat di pusat kota, dekat dengan bandara naik taksi hanya 4000 krw, satu gedung dengan lotte duty free. Samping kanan dan depan hotel banyak pertokoan merek merek terkenal yang nyaman yang bisa di lakukan dengan berjalan kaki. Kaar mandi sangat nyaman, kloset dan airnya hangat (bisa diatur dingin atau hangat) kamar mandi kolam renang sangat bersih, bagus dan nyaman, kolam renang air hangat, tempat sauna juga sangat bersih dan nyaman. Keluar hotel atau ruangan dingin sekali, tapi begitu masuk hotel, kamar mandi kolam renang, lobby ruangan hangat. Semua staf sangat ramah, concierge selalu membantu mencarikan taksi. Recommended sekali, perjalanan saya ke Seoul selanjutnya membuat saya tidak ragu untuk booked lotte hotel lagi.

Saya datang 9 pagi ternyata masih ada kamar yang tersedia saya di kasih check-in, padahal jam yang tertera check-in jam 2 siang.

Very clean room, no dust! I haven't sneeze compared to other hotel that I have stay before. The service and hospitality a great especially the concierge desk women solving the drop off service issue to the airport.

Location is good... Room is big
