It's very nice apartment

"Podstrana"는 스플리트(Split)에서 가장 아름다운 해변지역임. 이 아파트먼트에도 사유 해변구역이 있어서 여름철엔 수영하기 아주 좋은 곳일 듯.수영을 하지 않더라도 해변가 산책을 할 수 있어서 적극 추천함. 아파트 형태로 조식도 제공하지 않지만, 방안에 조리기구가 갖춰있어서 인근 슈퍼에서 먹고싶은 걸 사다가 직접 요리해 먹기 좋은 곳임. 주인 역시 매우 친절.

스플리트 근처였고 바다바로 앞이었습니다 계담 오르내릴때 집도 들어주시고 주차도 해주셨어요 아파트는 조그마했고 주방은 낡았지만 욕실은 리노베이션 했구요 엄청 깔끔했습니다 에어컨도 엘지 신형 조용하고 시원.. 직원도 무지 친철...방갈로 스타일로 수영복 입고 바로 바다로 갈수 있습니다 .. 저녁엠 바다앞에서 음악듣고 맥주한잔.. 스플리트의 화려함은 없지만 조용한 동해바다 같았어요..

직원의 서비스 태도나 시설과 설비 등 대부분이 만족스러웠으나 개봉된 팩에 든 우유를 제공하여 어필했음

Velkomsten var god, værterne søde og værelset pænt og stort. Dejlig terasse med flot udsigt. De havde dog skrevet at de havde el-ladestander til biler, og det havde de ikke. Det var et problem når man bl.a. har valgt overnatningssted efter det.

Vi hadde ei perfekt uke her! Vi hadde en studio leilighet i opphøyet første etasje. Liten men veldig fin leilighet, med veldig god seng, fint bad. Grei liten kjøkkenkrok, om enn litt lite utstyr, men hadde kjøleskap, servise og bestikk, noen gryter, to kokeplater, vannkoker og toastjern. Koselig balkong med bord, stoler og tørkestativ samt markise. Og ikke minst: bare noen trappetrinn ned til stranda direkte fra egen balkong - virkelig fantastisk! Helt supert å kunne gå inn og hente kald drikke, bruke toalettet eller dusje av saltvannet. Gratis solstoler og parasoller på stranda + gratis lån av Sup-brett. Nydelig klart vann. Og Daniela var super hyggelig og imøtekommende underveis! Vi bestilte taxi til henting og kjøring til flyplassen, og det var vi veldig fornøyd med. Hotellet hadde en nydelig stor terrasse hvor de serverte god frokost, og ellers ble vi stadig tilbudt gratis espresso og øl. Det gikk rimelige busser til Split, men bussene var veldig fulle på noen tidspunkt og mange måtte stå som sild i tønne (ettermiddag/kveld). Supermarked med bra utvalg bare en kort spasertur unna. Strandpromenaden var nydelig, og strakk seg flere kilometer til begge sider av hotellet. Mange restauranter langs promenaden (og vi anbefaler pizza fra Marios). Rolig sted, ikke bråk/høy musikk. Vi anbefaler badesko, men deilig å slippe sand overalt! Harde solstoler men vi kjøpte et par billige flytemadrasser og la oppå. Vi skal tilbake, og gleder oss! Perfekt ferie! Hilsen Stein og Rebekah

This was probably the best hotel experience I’ve had and I’ve been in over 100 hotels…. The hosts were incredibly nice and helpful. They truly cared for their guests! 1000/10 would recommend this to anyone, solo traveler or family!

Mycket vänlig personal som sköter hotellet. Rummet var jättefint och rent. Närheten till havet var verkligen endast några meter vilket var helt magiskt! Vi åker gärna tillbaka igen!

We had a wonderful stay overall and really enjoyed our time here. We had breakfast three mornings, and it was one of the highlights of our stay. The breakfast is served at your table in a cozy setting. The omelette was delicious—fluffy, juicy, and full of flavor—accompanied by fresh bread, rolls, and fruit. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. They gave us excellent recommendations for restaurants, attractions, and places to visit in Podstrana, Split, and the surrounding area, which made our trip even more enjoyable. Our room was comfortable and well-equipped, with a full kitchen and a beautiful panoramic view of the island of Brač and parts of Split. The hotel also provides complimentary sun loungers and umbrellas on the beach, which was a great bonus. Getting around was easy, with both Uber and the local bus making it convenient to explore the area. Overall, this is a lovely, cozy, family-run hotel right by the beach. We felt very welcome throughout our stay and would definitely love to come back in the future. Highly recommended! 🌞

We loved our stay; the room was clean and well stocked, the location and views were amazing (you can’t beat the beautiful beach just steps away!), and the apartment staff were so kind and welcoming. Highly recommend!

Family of 4. Stayed for 5 nights- Amazing staff, beautiful property on the beach, clean rooms, kitchen for cooking, they met every ask/need. It’s a private beach spot with guest chairs/umbrellas, paddle boards and tables. Location is perfect, close to markets etc. the family own staff did above and beyond, to include washing some of our laundry. I will stay again and hopefully all travelers headed this way choose this property. They are the nicest and they make you feel welcome! The mom gave me espresso every morning and fruits for my family. They have breakfast ect.

Booked the smallest room by mistake, but this was still the best hotel because of the beautiful surroundings perfectly located right on the beach. Even better, the hospitality by Danijela and her family was fantastic and made this the best vacation ever. We had no fridge in our room, (removed because it was broken) so Danijelas husband went out and bought a fridge that turned out to be a freezer. Ended up with solid frozen food and beverages and a good laugh before new fridge was put in our room. No problem. We were offered coffee every day, complementary breakfast, fruit, even beer. The hospitality goes up and beyond and always with a smile. Thank you for the best 5 day vacation and greetings from Aina and Kristin.

Et lite og koselig privat drevet hotell. Hotellet har egen strand. Solsenger og parasoller var gratis. Den lille leiligheten med veranda og flott utsikt over sjøen, var ren og ryddig da vi kom. Kjøkkenet kunne hatt litt mer utstyr. På denne turen har vi møtt verdens hyggeligste personale som var tilgjengelig for oss gjester hele døgnet. Det gjør at vi gjerne tar en langhelg her igjen. Vin, kaffe, te og kake helt gratis. For en service! Med Uber og Bolt er det ikke noe problem å bo et lite stykke unna Split. Tur/retur Split betalte vi 20 euro for. 10/10

Jag och nin man hade en underbar vecka. Allt var bara så BRA. Vi fick först en uppgradering till en fantastisk svit, med en enda trappa ner till havet. Lätt att gå upp och dricka ett glas öl eller rose'. Så underbar, stor säng. Varje morgon lagade Maria en mycket rejäl frukost, en våning upp, med allt en nordbo önskar. Privat och lugn strand med egna solstolar, vatten helt kristallklart. Var bästa resa någonsin. Även en gnällig person hade jobbigt att hitta något att klaga på. Bästa hälsningar från Annki och Mats

Hosts were wonderful and so accommodating. Our studio was right on the beach and was perfect until, unfortunately, a neighbour who smokes moved in. The decks are close together so we couldn’t get away from it. Apart from that we loved our stay there as it has the most amazing beach, walking path and restaurants and stores nearby. We can’t say enough about the hosts - they were fantastic. Thank you!

From the moment we arrived, we felt welcomed and relaxed at the hotel! The staff was incredibly helpful and made us feel right at home. The property itself is right on the water with a private beach that we enjoyed most days. We loved the boardwalk between the beach and the hotel and walked along it in the mornings and evenings. Each morning, we looked forward to breakfast on the deck with the best views of the sea. We cannot say enough about how perfect this hotel was for our stay. There was a bus stop just a short walk away and markets and restaurants also in walking distance. Any time we had a question or needed a recommendation the staff was incredibly helpful! We will certainly come back. A few things to help prepare for your stay: - the parking lot is small, the staff helped us to park and turn the car around in the lot. We had no issues parking but we're surprised by how narrow the roads/lots could be throughout the area! - the beach is accessible using stairs from the hotel. The walk is not very long, but could be challenging to those with mobility issues.
