최고의 숙소 호스트님도 친절하시고 호텔자체비치가있어서 물놀이 환경최고 숙소 2미터거리가 개별해수욕장 시설도 좋고 아침식사도 맛있음 최고의 숙소 1박한게 너무 아쉬움 이번 여행20일동안 최고의 멋진휴양숙소임

It's very nice apartment

"Podstrana"는 스플리트(Split)에서 가장 아름다운 해변지역임. 이 아파트먼트에도 사유 해변구역이 있어서 여름철엔 수영하기 아주 좋은 곳일 듯.수영을 하지 않더라도 해변가 산책을 할 수 있어서 적극 추천함. 아파트 형태로 조식도 제공하지 않지만, 방안에 조리기구가 갖춰있어서 인근 슈퍼에서 먹고싶은 걸 사다가 직접 요리해 먹기 좋은 곳임. 주인 역시 매우 친절.

스플리트 근처였고 바다바로 앞이었습니다 계담 오르내릴때 집도 들어주시고 주차도 해주셨어요 아파트는 조그마했고 주방은 낡았지만 욕실은 리노베이션 했구요 엄청 깔끔했습니다 에어컨도 엘지 신형 조용하고 시원.. 직원도 무지 친철...방갈로 스타일로 수영복 입고 바로 바다로 갈수 있습니다 .. 저녁엠 바다앞에서 음악듣고 맥주한잔.. 스플리트의 화려함은 없지만 조용한 동해바다 같았어요..

직원의 서비스 태도나 시설과 설비 등 대부분이 만족스러웠으나 개봉된 팩에 든 우유를 제공하여 어필했음

The hotel owners are truly amazing—warm, welcoming, and incredibly friendly. From the moment we arrived, they made us feel right at home, going out of their way to ensure we had everything we needed for a comfortable and enjoyable stay. Their genuine hospitality and attention to detail made a real difference and created such a positive atmosphere. You can tell they genuinely care about their guests, and it shows in every interaction. I would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a personal touch and outstanding service.

Staying here was a truly pleasant experience. The staff were friendly and helpful, and we felt very welcome throughout our stay. Our flight back to home was early on morning, so Miriana kindly brought us breakfast the evening before to make sure we had time to eat before heading to the airport. Such a thoughtful gesture that really made an impression. I can warmly recommend this accommodation!

Very nice accommodation with wonderful terrace to have breakfast on. The staff is super helpful and friendly. There are sunbeds and umbrellas to rent, which are not so comfortable but they are free and available :-) We stayed in the Panoramic apartment which had good air condition and a very comfortable bed. If you stay here you should definitely visit the resturant Cibus, which is 10 min walk along the beach.

Loved our stay here. The host was so helpful, kind, professional, and made our honeymoon stay memorable. We couldn’t have asked for a better location. I’m not sure why people stay in split when Podstrana is prettier and not as crowded. Would ABSOLUTELY stay again.

Veldig servicevennlig, hyggelig personale, som gjorde det lille ekstra for sine gjester. Ryddig og rent. Vertskapet var alltid tilgjengelig hvis man søkte tips og råd. Nydelig beliggenhet. Anbefales på det varmeste.

Excellent family setting! Path along beach is easily walkable. Numerous dining options! Excellent staff!

The room had a great view and plenty of space and kitchen utensils. Was close to several restaurants with different types of food as well as grocery stores. The staff were very friendly and helpful and made you feel like family. Breakfast was good and plentiful. Be sure to take euros as they do not have a credit card machine to process payment.

Stunning views, welcoming hosts and a spacious room with all the necessary amenities. Perfect location just a 20 minute uber ride from the city. It was peaceful, safe and in walking distance of two local conscience shops. The room was great, enough room for two and a decent sized bathroom. Mini fridge was great and a stove top was handy for home cooked lunches enjoyed out on the terrace. The private beach was the main seller. No crowds, no hassle, just two loungers, an umbrella and the uninterrupted view of the water. I would highly recommend staying here along the coastline instead of the city. There is a walking path along the shoreline which takes you past multiple seafront restaurants and bars and is beautiful at sunset. I would absolutely come back again.

We had an amazing time! Beautiful and quiet location with the most friendly and kind staff I’ve ever encountered. I was travelling with a friend and we enjoyed every minute of it. Highly recommend and I hope to be back! The only reason I gave the surrounding area less than 5 stars is because it is currently undergoing quite a bit of construction, so we were having to navigate torn up sidewalks and construction equipment. I’m sure that when the renovations are done it will be even more lovely.

By far the best place I have ever stayed!! First the owners and staff are extremely nice and welcoming - we felt like part of the family! Then the view from the balcony and the room was a dream, we spent both nights relaxing on the balcony and enjoying coffee in the morning. Finally the location is perfect - it’s so walkable along the beach and there’s so many restaurants you can access. Not to mention the swimming beach right out front is gorgeous. We will absolutely be staying there again :)

Our stay here was amazing! We felt like family, they were so kind and welcoming! It was right on the water and the views were amazing! Depending of traffic a 20 minute Uber to the centre of Split.

Très bel accueil et vue imprenable ! Équipements style années 70 et personnel chaleureux, avec bord de mer, restos et plages très accessibles à pieds, très bon séjour !

We had a fantastic stay. The owners are very friendly and helpful in many ways. We loved the location on the beach.The rooms are great and the beds are really good quality so a great nights sleep guaranteed. We look forward to staying again next year love everything about it.
