스위스에서의 여행은 자연환경은 너무 훌륭했지만,대체적인 호텔 직원의 서비스는 기대이하인것 같다. 호텔비로 거의 30만원 지불 한것에 비해 호텔방은 1층으로 앞이 막혀서 상당히 불편하였다. 커피도 객실에 준비되어 있지 않아 가져간 커피를 먹었다. 폐쇠공포증이 있는 나로서는 스위스 여행중 최악의 호텔이었다. 비추임.

We delightfully enjoyed staying in THE PASSAGE for 2 days. The hotel is closely located near old town where many travelers start to hang around BASEL. 1 bus stop distance from BASEL SBB. Clean and comfortable. Breakfast was satisfying.

The pillows were tough.

A pearl in the middle of Basel! 5’ on foot into the old town, comfortable and super friendly staff. We didn’t have breakfast but the buffet looked good.

Otel çalışanları çok saygılı, çok tez, çok güzel şehrin merkezinde, heryere yürüyüş mesafesinde bir otel.Ayrıca otelden toplu taşım araçlarına binebilmemiz için kart verdiler.Çalışanları çok kibar ve çok çok güler yüzlü.Çok kibar bir şekilde bütün sorularımızı yanıtladılar ve yardımcı oldular.Bir daha Basel’e gidersek kesinlikle yine Passage otelde konaklayacagız

Exceĺlent location, 5 minute walk to old town & restaurants/shopping. Room 002 large with high ceilings and quiet. Fantastic gym, well equipped and large. Nice sauna also. Very clean and modern hotel. Excellent staff willing to help with any request. Highly recommend

This hotel is just a Home Run! Great decor, modern but warm; great location, just take the staircase out the back courtyard to the Old Town. Excellent breakfast in a lovely setting. Staff are fabulous - helpful in every request. Nicolas even phoned our cruise line to find out the exact docking location, which had changed since our previous notification. You will love this hotel.

I really liked this hotel. First the personnel was extremely accomodating and helpful and nice Ifelt.welcome.which is quite unusual these days.
