Eo mejor hotel en todo nuestro viaje de 30 dias por España

Everything was nice and clean. The communication wasn’t the best. We booked through Expedia and from the email, it said the desk was open 24 hours. When we arrived, no one was there. We had to call a phone number that was listed on the property. No one answered. Soon we received a call back from an irritated lady who informed us we were supposed to call 30 minutes in advance. The lady arrived at the hotel 10ish minutes later and she didn’t even greet us. She didn’t have good customer service at all. Because the hotel is in a college area, it was pretty loud well after midnight. Also, the air conditioning didn’t work. We would return to this property to try it again because it was a nice property, but we would hope for better customer service.

Great location near Mayor plaza, Salamanca. I'm just using this facility as a sleeping spot. If you want a variet of hotel services, I will not recommend.

Alojamiento muy céntrico al lado de la plaza mayor y de la zona comercial, muy buena localización. Es un hotel antiguo donde la recepción no es 24 horas, se escucha todo lo de dentro del hotel y de la calle. La habitación está bien aunque hemos pasado frío, la calefacción dicen ponerla por la tarde y por la noche pero brilla por su ausencia para la baja temperatura del exterior. Es necesario que renueven las almohadas, nuestro cuello se queda en Salamanca. La atención amable, educadas y majas, siempre pendientes.

Su nombre como "HOTEL", no se corresponde con el servicio de recepción y conserjería efectuado. Mas bien parece una B&B Por ejemplo, no había mando del TV en la habitación y la recepción estaba cerrada por lo que no puedes pedir nada. Al marcharme no había nadie en ningún sitio, todo cerrado y no había ni un cartel que indicase donde poner la llave electrónica, así que la puse en un sitio, que imagino era el correcto. Cuando selecciono un Hotel, espero unos servicios mínimos de conserjería. Deberían cambiar la clasificación de hotel a casa tipo B&B

Esta muy bien para pasar una noche, se escucha bastante los ruidos de las habitaciones al lado. Habitación muy limpia.

Really clean. Reception staff not in hotel so feels unwelcoming. 2 nights of very noisy other guests in the early hours of the morning. Great central location.

Super centrico. A poco metros de la plaza mayor andando. Zona peatonal rodeada de bares. Calidad precio genial

if you are the one that can sleep with slamming doors, fights, drunk people laughing, and basketball-screaming games, this is the place to stay. This is like a room from hell if you want to just sleep after a day of work or walk - I would say that this was an exaggeration if it weren´t because I live this hell of a story for three nights - I asked to be moved from the room but there is no answer. Also, remember to call one hour before getting to the place - there is no receptionist in place so if you want to check in after 10 pm - good luck.

We really liked it! It was very clean and comfortable.

Lo único bueno que tiene es que esta en el centro, cerca de muchos lugares que poder visitar, pero sin servicio de recepción por la noche y hay que abandonarlo a las 11h de la mañana. Por lo demás es un hostal más que un hotel.
