Premetto che il personale è di gran gentilezza e disponibilità, pertanto il mio giudizio è strettamente rivolto alle condizioni della camera indipendenti dalla volontà di chi lavora, in quanto l'hotel necessiterebbe di una bella ristrutturazione. La camera in cui siamo stati ospitati era oggettivamente sciatta, mobile TV e frigo bar sfinito dagli anni con bruciature di sigaretta, battiscopa che si staccano, pavimento con le fughe annerite di sporco che ormai nulla può lavare, bagno brutto, anche quello con sanitari posticci e nemmeno troppo pulito ma dovuto al fatto che ormai è tutto vecchio e rattoppato, in ogni angolo in cui ci si volta si nota che la proprietà non investe, la TV è quella che costa meno, lo split è quello che costa meno, i quadri appesi sono stampe economiche che costano meno, il box doccia è quello che costa meno e il tutto rende l'idea di nessuna attenzione per l' ospitalità al cliente. In albergo ci si dovrebbe "coccolare" meglio che a casa, specialmente se si pagano 200 € a notte, cifra su cui ritengo poter commentare quanto ricevuto in cambio.

Good hotel that I like very much. I just have a comment regarding the Breakfast room: The breakfast menu is very correct but the room is really too small compared to the number of tables. Fortunately, the service people are very quick to clean and re-prepare the tables, reducing at the maximum the traffic jam inside this small room.

Das Personal war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit – das hat den Aufenthalt angenehm gemacht. Wenn die Nachbarzimmer ruhig sind, sind auch die Zimmer entsprechend ruhig. Insgesamt entspricht das Hotel dem Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis, allerdings würde ich es persönlich nicht als 4-Sterne-Standard einstufen. Ein Minuspunkt sind die Matratzen, die eher unbequem waren, sowie die Duschkabine, die Verbesserungspotenzial hat.

Nous sommes restés une nuit. Le cadre était agréable et la chambre quadruple était confortable.

Very good hotel with comfortable room ( mine at least). Good breakfast with a fast and attentive service to get a clean breakfast room. The location of the hotel is a little far but the restaurant completes perfectly this issue. No problem for me, I will come back :-)

Camera molto comoda e pulita. Vi consiglio il ristorante

Das Hotel La Bergamina ist sehr gut gelegen, nicht weit vom Airport und auch von Mailand und Monza. Nach beheben des kurzen Missverständnisses(Balkon oder nicht) war der Aufenthalt angenehm, auch das Restaurant ist sehr zu empfehlen, Einzig das Frühstück fiel leider ab(zuviel warme Speisen zu kalt)

Il soggiorno è stato piacevole e confortevole. Camere calde (è inverno), pulite e con tutti i servizi. La colazione a buffet buona e con una discreta varietà di scelta. Il personale molto gentile e disponibile. Consigliato!

Bagno sporco e colazione deludente

Restaurant Used for parties till 1am not pleasant no lifts staff not helpful management can’t be contacted. breakfast limited options not fresh coffee machine is awful can’t call it coffee if instant coffee tastes better. This really isn’t 4 stars it’s more 2 star at best.

La collaborazione era equlibrata. La stanza 303 puzzava di fogna e nella staza da letto, in bagno e dentro le coperte abbiamo trovato cimici.-puzzole. Abbiamo fatto presente in portineria e ha detto che non si poteva fare nulla.

Check in moment was vaag, personeel was niet erg enthousiast. Dames van ontbijt daarintegen weer wel. Kamer was schoon, ruimte prima zoals eigenlijk alles. Denk dat het hotel jaren terug een 10 scoorde.. wat nu een 6+ is. Maar zeker geen slecht hotel voor overnachting bij doorreis zoals wij.

Good service and excellent place to stay close to the city .

Ficamos apenas uma noite, mas o hotel está bem gasto. O atendimento na recepção quando chegamos foi muito bom, nos permitiram entrar quase uma hora antes do check in. Mas era no terceiro andar e sem elevador, e estávamos com malas pesadas. O café da manhã foi muito bom. Eles tem uma área legal, apesar de não ficar perto de nada, no dia o restaurante estava fechado. Tem área para estacionar gratuitamente.
