전체 평가 및 리뷰 Hotel AreaOne Obihiro

As a servicing sector, it is unacceptable that the hotel staffs cannot understand English. Even though we try to write on a piece of paper to communicate with the staffs, they also could not read it properly. This was a terrible experience that I had in this hotel. Hope management can look into this matter.
