택시기사가 막히는 길로 가서 22:00시 이후에 도착했는데 사전에 통화해서 그런지 좀더 늦게까지 직원이 남아서 열쇠를 주고, 레이트체크비용받지 않음. 직원 영어응대 가능. 기본적인 취사가 가능함. 와이파이가 생각보다 안되서 아쉬웠음. 요새 핫한 la tina지역에 있어서 좋았음. 지하철역은 5~10분 걸어나와야함. 공항에서는 1시간걸리는 거리인게 아쉬움

Enough space. Right at the first use, the shower head broke. I knocked at some door where I heard noises and reported it. It was dealt with by the time I came back. Now the head had a split through which the water sprang sideways. Deceiving room description and photos: they said windows to interior yard, while they gave to interior shafts; the bedroom one practically gave to an extremely narrow cwment tube. The curtains had to be pulled all the time and it was hard to air the room. You felt like in prison. Stressful check-in conditions, 20 min slots. You miss your slot, you might be waiting indefiniteley, as they warn you in a welcome e-mail. There's no reception desk. You have to call them on the phone to come and open when you get there, as you don't know . They have strict hours for calling for non-emergency situations, or you get "fined" 30€. Up to hem to decide what constitutes an emergency. I had extremely noisy neighbours for one night, I called the contact no and they said they'd intervene. Nothing changed. There's no room cleaning during your stay.

In pieno centro La Latina, zona piena di locali per giovani. Struttura accogliente, pulita e fornita di tutti i confort. Da consigliare

Muy bien situado, limpio. Check in deberia ser mas autonomo, tienes que estar a la hora exacta acordada, y acordarlo previamente.

Uitstekende locatie voor citytrip Madrid , 10 min. Lopen naar centrum. Appartment gelegen boven 3 restaurants en bar, helaas ‘s avonds en in de nacht geluidsoverlast van uitgaande mensen.

Todo perfecto. Nos atendieron al momento y el check Out es sencillo, sin tener que esperar a nadie. El único inconveniente fue no poder dejar las maletas, pero nos informaron de la opción de dejarlas en unas taquillas de pago en atocha.

Sehr saubere Zimmer, Küche und Bad. Die Schlafsofa hat uns ein wenig sorgen gemacht, ob es für unsere Kinder (12 und 14) klein sein wird. Dies war aber nicht der Fall. Es war fast so groß wie unsere Doppelbett, also waren auch die Kinder zufrieden. Sonst befindet sich das Apartment sehr nah am die Metro Station La Latina. Stadtzentrum ist in 15 min erreichbar. Die Küche beinhaltet alles was notwendig ist, von Wasserkocher bis hin zu Mikrowelle. Das Bad ist mittelgroß, und auch sehr sauber. Die Handtücher wurden nicht gewechselt, aber für 4 Tage waren 7 Handtücher ausreichend. in der Nähe gibt es ausreichend Restaurants und andere Einkaufsläden. Ich würde dieses Apartment auf jeden Fall weiterempfehlen.

Alloggio comodo per il centro, in una zona tranquilla, ma a pochi passi dai locali. Un po' sporca la zone, non direttamente di passaggio per i turisti.

Muy bueno, en lo personal me gusto mucho porque esta en una ubicacion muy buena y queda cerca de todo el centro de madrid, lo unico a mejorar seria el wifi que no es muy bueno, pero del resto muy sastifecho, volveria

The staff was very nice. I needed to do some washing and the washer and dryer were awesome. The area was in a convenient place.

Excellente servicio al cliente. Apartamento limpio y equipado con todo lo esencial. Su localidad excelente cerca de lugares turistico, establecimientos de comida y mercado. Me encanto lo recomiendo puedes ir caminando a plaza mayor, mercado san miguel, palacio...

Mycket bra läge. Man måste ringa och boka tid för att komma in. Inte så bra. Finns ingen reception

Great apartment in a great area.

Esperienza più che positiva, appartamento pulito, ampio in zona centrale con molti locali nelle vicinanze. Manca una reception ma ti forniscono un recapito per ogni evenienza. Ottimo soggiorno. Unica pecca i letti un po' scomodi.
