Ac didnt work, door didnt close properly (looked like it was a bent door)

Well the only good thing about this place was that I asked for a quiet room they delivered on that. I asked for no smoking room that was a joke it reaked of smoke and it made my asthma flair up so I didn’t sleep as well the place was old and not very clean and had a lot of homeless people around and probably drug users pretty sure I should have spent the extra twenty dollars and stayed somewhere better!!

There was mold growing on the ceiling and in the shower, no microwave despite being told they would get me a room with one, my room card stopped working 5 times and whenever I was in line to deal with it there was always someone else whise key also stopped working, the laundry machine took my quarters and didn't work, the bed had a section which was broken and sunken in, and the worker at the counter had no idea who to issue refunds or get anything I asked for, and it was not clean. Terrible place to stay.

I will never stay her again. Stay at the Motel 6 on Elliot rd. instead if you are looking for a cheap room. It is nicer and feels safe and it has a pool.

So our payment wasn't processed correctly n then my room was cancel a return was started so when rebooked n hotel asked me to pay hotels.com was suppose to send new virtual card to cover the payment and failed to do so so on check out today at 7:30 a.m. the manager came to the front door already on the phone with the police to have us removed and would not allow me to call it to continue making the payment because it should have been covered already so he was very rude for no reason when they should have called us today before to make sure we could have hotels.com fix it but we were not given the chance other than that it was all good

Oh man, Room 135 smelled like the worst public restroom I've ever been in. I would bet any amount of money that someone or something died in there recently, with all the chemicals stinging my nostrils the whole time. Sleeping in that stench was really horrible. I'm not a smoker myself, but y'all gotta let people smoke in there, just to cover it up with something less offensive. Sheesh. I was looking at the pictures of the rooms y'all show on the website just laughing at how completely unrecognizable they are compared to reality. I don't know why I expected more from a Motel 6, I probably just expected more from what Hotels.com would list as a viable option, but my bad, that's on me, and never again.
