Accueil agréable par une dame qui était toujours souriante. Hôtel et chambre très propres.Petite chambre au RDC sombre , très bon matelas mais couverture vieillotte et texture draps pas agréables.Des patères à l'entrée seraient bien , manque aussi de tablette pour affaires de toilette.Globalement quand même bon rapport qualité/prix .

Det kallas för Hostel men är håller enligt mig hygglig hotellstandard. Vi bodde i ett fint dubbelrum, ganska nyrenoverat, med egen toa och dusch. Rest och snyggt. Det finns lite lounge area för mindre sällskap, vi var åtta personer som nyttjade denna. Frukost finns för ett bra pris och receptionen är bemannad 24/7. Ca 400 meter att gå till bästa restaurang-gatan. Mindre än 100 meter från underjord-parkering mitt i centrum. Mycket prisvärt

Friendly helpful staff. The accomodation is comfortable and very clean. Situated at the heart of El Puerto de Santa Maria within easy reach of all sites of interest, shops, bars and restaurants. The Chaikana has been a great find, so much so that we returned for a second stay.

It is the second time we come here, very clean, comfortable room, quiet and in the city center.

Excepto el hecho de dejar las llaves siempre que sales, todo estupendo. Tiene como un salon/patio interior, la habitación muy bien, todo limpio. Lo recomiendo

The property was well located being only a 5 minute walk from free outdoor parking by the river or underground pay parking. We arrived about 2 hours early and were checked straight in as the room was available. Staff very helpful and amenable, they put my ice pack in their freezer. Room quite basic but clean and comfortable and great value. We found the hotel to be quiet but it was not full. Ferry to Cadiz is only about 10 minutes walk from the hotel and the town itself was well worth the visit.

Mal, me dan ganas de reclamar el dinero, había hasta hormigas en la habitación. Dejaba mucho que desear.

Lo único para mi opinión seria un pequeño frigorifico en la habitacion para tener las bebidas frescasu otras cosas

La habitación pequeña pero limpia y el colchón cómodo

Excelente precio, personal muy amable, todo muy limpio y en buen estado. Inmejorable ubicación. La insonorización de la habitación era lo peor, que se escuchaba todo de las habitaciones aledañas y del pasillo. La cama de matrimonio era pequeña. El parking estaba muy cerca, pero era ajeno al hotel y de pago.

Espectacular, en el centro junto a la calle de restaurantes y bares de copas.

Bien ubicado, pero los demás huespedes gritaban y no dejaban dormir y el staff no los callaba. El staff pesado.

El trato del personal tanto de recepción como de limpieza excelente

Me gusto mucho el hotel lo único que me molesto es el ruido que hacen al limpiar las habitaciones unos golpes super fuertes por lo demás muy bien
