Room and bathroom was kept clean throughout

Chair desk was horrendous with dirty big spots. Bathroom was small, dark and old.

He sido huésped frecuente de este hotel durante los últimos 12 años, y a finales del 2025 tuve mala experiencia con la habitación, pensé debe ser un caso aislado, nuevamente en el 2026 decidí quedarme una noche más, y la experiencia no fue agradable, la habitación carecía de teléfono para llamar a recepción, no habían toallas de mano, bajé a recepción para pedir toallas y me enviaron media hora después una toalla grande de baño, insistí que necesitaba toallas de mano y nunca llegaron, tampoco había la señal de no molestar, por lo que tuve que improvisar una. La habitación es demasiado pequeña y no todas las luces funcionando, las camas también estaban demasiado chicas, ruido del personal de limpieza desde muy temprano. Me he quedado sorprendido, porque no es la misma experiencia de viajes en años anteriores. Debo resaltar que el desayuno estaba muy bien.

Excelentes condiciones, muy comoda, silenciosa, excelente vista de la ciudad, el desayuno excelente, muy complacido con la eleccion, cero strees, realmente descanse y disfrute la estancia

Parking area, it's frustrating comeback to the hotel in the evening and there is not parking space available.

Need renovation, bed not confortable

The room was small but clean. Security guards were excellent. The included breakfast was very good. The first morning it was served in our room. The second morning it was in a conference room that was occupied with a group the previous morning

Excellent location, very friendly and helpful staff.

Seemed to be undergoing a renovation process. The room we stayed in was nice but renovations were taking place on our floor, which meant noise and occasional water outage. It would have been nice to be notified about this beforehand. Great breakfast though. Helpful staff.
