I know that it is my fault, but I would like to say that they are so mean. As soon as I paid the payment, I realized that the date I booked was not correct. And I called them in 10 seconds and told them if it is possible to change the date just one day later but they said no. It was just 10 seconds later.. Even though it is my fault, but I experienced this moment several times and all of them let me change the date or cancel it. It was really awful experience. They are so mean that I was really disappointed. Whatever it is it was my honeymoon and it made me really sad.

Lovely hotel with excellent facilities. Quite a way out of town into the industrial area but hotel well served by its facilities. Only reservation is about the restaurant where the food was disappointing.

Nous avons séjourné 2 nuits dans l'hôtel et nous sommes très contents de notre séjour. Le petit déjeuner est très complet. La piscine est particulièrement appréciable au vue des chaleurs de ce weekend. Le personnel est agréable et le parking très pratique.

This hotel was very nice and for €45 we were able to get onto our room when we arrived at 9am. Staff were very helpful regarding the buses which we used all the time

Chose this hotel as it was near St Malo ferry port and we were travelling early the next day. Easy early check in and the leisure facilities were excellent. Really big pool, steam room and sauna. Quiet clean room and secure parking was great. Staff were very helpful. Not too busy when we visited in early May. Highly recommended.

Very secured and private parking, right on premise. Very nice swimming pool with steam room and sauna. Love the nice touch of free coffee, tea, gaseous or non-gas water, yummy Breton cookies 24/7! Highly recommended and would come back again

Chambre propre, personnel professionnel et à l’écoute. Petit déjeuner varié. Mais dommage qu’il n’y ait pas de bornes de chargement pour les véhicules électriques.

Some good, some inconvenient things but overall a decent stay near St Malo. It's close to a grocery store and not too far from town by car. Room has a good amount of space, the bed was comfortable and the shower had good water pressure. There's no water kettle. Breakfast buffet was extensive, and the staff was very nice. Check out is later than most places (12pm). Downsides: even though they have AC available in the hotel, during the spring (late April) they won't turn it on and the front desk controls the climate system. The rooms were very hot (25 degrees C) but they wouldn't do anything about it and there are no screens on the windows so bugs flew in when we leave the windows open. Also, it seems like they turn off the hot water in the middle of the day so at 5pm the shower was cold but at 7:30pm, there was hot water again. Finally gym is small and a inconvenient to use. There are just 3 cardio machines (treadmill, cardio, elliptical +a table of towels - no weights, mats, water cooler) but the earliest you can use the room is 7:30am and you can't use the treadmill until 10am. We didn't use the pool and sauna but our friends said it was nice.

Nous ne sommes restés qu'une nuit, et c'est bien dommage, parce que nous serions bien restés plus longtemps. L'hôtel est assez loin du centre ville mais il y a malgré tout, tout ce qu'il faut à proximité ( centre commercial, mcdo...etc) Les chambres sont spacieuses, propres et bien équipé. Le gros point positif est évidemment la piscine avec hammam et sauna. Merci à l'équipe qui nous a reçu et a su répondre à toutes nos questions avec beaucoup de professionnalisme. Nous reviendrons dans cet hôtel lors de notre prochaine escapade à Saint Malo.

Chambre propre, petit déjeuner tres bien, personnel adorable et l'espace piscine est un plus. Cependant, on peut regretter l'absence d'une bouilloire dans la chambre, de transats au bord de la piscine et l'aménagement de la salle de bain est à revoir ( pas de porte serviettes, pas de tablette pour poser la trousse de toilette, pas assez de pateres). Cet hotel est une bonne adresse pour visiter la région ( avec un rapport qualité prix correct)mais la denomination " prestige " n'est pas adequate.
