The condo is outdated and old for the locatin and the price i had to pay ..the sheets were old and torn the couch that opens to be a bed the mattress was old and thin you could feel the springs of the couch

The condo was not clean and roaches was everywhere

The room needs to be updated. Carpet and couch are not acceptable. The resort was fine and the beach was amazing

Mi experiencia en hotel fue desagradable algunos trabajadores un poco racista al llegar nos trataron un poco incómodo por qué no habíamos inglés esa fue la mas mala experiencia

I like the Pool I didn’t like the carpet in my room it was dirty terrible

Bed is very old. Sheets are not appropriate sized. Furnishings in living room are in very used and poor condition. The amenities on the property are great. Beach access and views were awesome.

Every staff members were super nice. Greeted us every chance they would see us. Accommodating to everything we needed or didnt need.

The property completely without any cleaning, plus having one of the showers clogged, the garbage disposal locked, the showers dirty. Bottles, cotton swabs, and more trash under beds and nightstand. The kitchen had very few dishes and utensils, considering that it was rented for 5 people, it was not enough.

Had to much trouble with thing broken

Bed room fan had heavy amount of dust/dirt accumulated on the blades

I want to refund my money, was terrible experience for my children and my mother, she is 73 years old. The unit was dirty, with mold, dusty and terrible condition. I just stayed because we traveled from Tampa and we were tired, but I feel really scammed.

The Apartments was sorry and needed maintenance

The pool area is beautiful and the food at the poolside hut was great!! The room needs updated desperately and there’s not enough elevators for the amount of people. We were on the 11 th floor.

Es muy tranquilo

El hotel está en muy buen lugar y la piscina muy bonita, los cuartos muy amplios tienen todo lo q se necesita para pasarse unas vacaciones muy tranquilas !! Pero el personal no son nada de amables los cuartos estaban sucios los pisos tenían arena y y las camas también la cocina estaba sucia parecía q no habían limpiado después q se fueron los huéspedes anteriores! Creo q si mejoraran la limpieza estaría perfectamente este lugar

Disgusting

Our visit was great on the property but our room was really dirty with trash everywhere like it hadn’t been cleaned and I after checking in I got an email about my experience from Expedia and let them know about the room and they said it would be submitted to the property manager but we never heard back :(

Me encanta cada vez qe voy a Panamá city ese es mi lugar favorito pero ya van dos veces qe no me agrada la abiración qe me dan esta vez no había licuadora no había cafetera la lavadora no funcionaba y olía muy mal mi hija llamó a la oficina y la fueron a arreglar el piso todo estaba sucio las sabanas de las literas estaban sucias también espero qe traten de mejorar porqe la verdad nos gusta mucho ese hotel pero con tantas fallas tendremos qe cambiar tienen qe tener mas utensilios de cosina también y cambiar algunas camas 😒
