The room and bathroom were clean, bed comfortable, enough space in the room, good sized TV, free on site parking, friendly reception and easy walk to RSL Club for dinner or restaurants at Westfield.

Was perfect location for my tasks while in Miranda for medical reasons. Location was great, I could walk to my appointments and many dining options in the area. Staff were very helpful in allowing me to drop my car off a little earlier than check in time. Will s tray here again.

The Hotel was virtually across the road from Coles in the Westfield complex which also had great shopping. Plenty of other shops down the Kingsway. It couldn’t be more Central. Staff were very helpful. The room had lots of facilities such as large TV with Netflix, microwave tea & coffee making facilities, bowls, plates, mugs & cutlery so you can make your own breakfast. Hairdryer, iron & ironing board. The bathroom has handwash & handcream. The stand alone shower has body wash, shampoo & conditioner & box of tissues. We were on the second floor & had some noise from the gym below the Hotel, but it was just a dull pulse so didn’t worry us. The bollards in each of the car spaces became a problem with our car being a station wagon & not an SUV so we’re always worried that whilst parking, we would go over the bollard (which is lying down) & ruin a tyre, mud flap or front spoiler. The bollards are used to hold a space for a paying visitor to the Hotel. There is also a Guest Room” where you can do the laundry, use a microwave, have a coffee & relax on the couch. It could save not having to take a visitor up to your room. I would certainly recommend it for the money & convenience & would return again.

A pleasant saty overnight. Nothing flash but everything needed was provided. Rooms were very clean. The building and foyer was a little tired but the rooms were good. Great for a short stay.

Check in was easy & staff very friendly. Parking was easy & secure. Great value for money & location.

I find this a great place to stay when I am in Miranda for work purpose. Comfortable and easy access to the cafe out front makes it easy for me. Room was nice and clean, and bed was comfortable.

We had a lovely visit to The Shire having moved away a few years ago. This hotel is in a great location for transport, shops, dining. The room was a good size, clean, double and single bed, amenities as advertised. Yes, the ensuite needs a revamp but this I feel is reflected in the price. Good Value, we will be back.

Room is spacious and clean. I liked it that I could open the window for fresh air.

We always stay here when we have to visit a Medical specialist in Miranda. It is so convenient, friendly and helpful staff and we always get a lovely room. For the cost I highly recommend

Good hotel, bad prices.

Spacious and clean room with nice shower and bed linen. Beds were firm but comfortable. Balcony was pleasant. A great working desk and large TV. Very functional.

Good location for what we needed. Aircon was good, bed was clean, but needs a good revamp

It wasnt located near the airport nor Riverwood as advertised. The room was full of cockroaches. We couldn't use any cups or plates, because we were disgusted. The receptionist was kind she agreed to give us a refund but since we booked from Expedia she asked us to contact them. They refused to give us a refund. Its not good to mislead customers, the photo I saw and the room we got are totally different.

The gentleman at the reception desk was so polite and welcoming on arrival.Was a very pleasant stay the rooms were so clean and fresh thankyou would recommend :)

The property is close to transportation, shopping place, and it is right next to a health club. The staff are friendly and accomodating. 2 Thumbs up.😁

The property is in a good location, Westfield is across the road, staff were welcoming. They have smart TVs in the room and the bed was comfortable. It is on the main road so the traffic was noisy. I only stayed the one night, would stay again if I am in the area.
