The staff was friendly and knowledgeable about the surrounding area

Check in was very easy & quick. The front desk lady was very sweet. The hotel seemed cleaned and the room was very quiet even though it is right next to 290.

The Management staff was excellent. The hotel just needed to updated badly. Furniture wasn't in best shape, some had refrigerator, some didn't. No breakfast bar as before and quality wasn't what we expected. But overall the room was comfortable I was in for a handicapped rm, the shower for lower portion needed to be adjusted so water would go everywhere. But I did enjoy my stay., and understand they'll be renovating this particular place. Overall all good stay.

It was nice.

I truly enjoyed almost every aspect of my stay: daily room refresh, coffee machine, fridge and microwave in the room, ample parking. My only complaints are that the ice machine on the 4th floor was broken all week and that they block FireStick MAC addresses.

My experience with your hotel was excellent.

The room was very dated. The furniture was a Miss mash of chipped damaged and stained furniture. Dust and dirt visible in multiple places on the walls. Couldn’t wait to check out.

I made my reservation and pre paid a week in advance. When I arrived I was informed they were oversold and didn’t have a room for me. It sounded like it wasn’t an uncommon occurrence. Get your act together Marriott.

Great service and comfortable stay. The staff was great, friendly, and accessible. Thank you Diane, Mary and the other Hawaiian young lady (I forgot herr name 😁). All sweet staff.
