Breakfast is good, hot dishes are not much but they made some changes in the food. Staffs are wonderful and nice, they tried the best to help us with what we need. Room are clean but just the refrigerator is quite noisy. It is hard to sleep with the noise.

We had a great stay. We had the queen one bedroom suite with a kitchen. Both rooms were extremely spacious and the kitchen was fully stocked with everything needed to make a meal and store leftovers. We even had a dishwasher There was daily maid service.

third time staying here, family with small children. Staffs are always so friendly, rooms are spacious and clean. Quiet property, convenient location, clean pool. Breakfast is always so good as well. Thank you:)

We had a nice big room , excellent price , not far from all the stores we needed to shop at plus the West Edmonton Mall !

We loved Eden at front desk she made our stay just the best experience I have ever had at a hotel, so friendly and helpful there should be a Eden at everyone of your hotels

Room cleanliness was good, amenities were nicely maintained, and the breakfast was adequate. The linger sewer smell throughout the whole lower level was off-putting, there was maintenance going on directly above us throughout the day, and the customer service was bad. Let me explain; we booked the suite as we had a child having surgery in Edmonton on the Monday. We wanted them to be able to sleep comfortably when we got back from the hospital while the wife and I sat in the front room. All was good until the construction started at 11am. We asked front desk about maybe switching rooms, or getting construction to switch rooms while our child recovered in bed. The response was, and I quote “ you booked through Expedia, so we can’t help you”. That’s not customer service, it doesn’t matter who I booked through, you are getting my money, help a brother out. Either way, we made do, but because of the negatives (two of which could have been rectified) I have to say 2/5 stars

We were charged extra for bringing a pet and was not aware until we arrived. We were put in an old room but was still decent. Breakfast was good and everyone was courteous. Great location if you have pets.
