Great location, friendly staff, clean room

Super friendly staff, lovely room and convenient location.

All the staff we encountered we were so professional, helpful and awesome. I cannot say enough about this hotel. Everything from check in, storing luggage, requesting our room to be cleaned at a different time to check out. Seamless, efficient and accommodating. The hotel itself has great amenities, we enjoyed the pool, gym and sauna. The location was also great. Walkable to everything we needed. Thank you Hotel Blu!

Great location and great quality

Absolutely wonderful service!

We were able to check in early, which was great. Free parking and Tom at the front desk was wonderful! So friendly and informative. It was easy and quick. The room is very nice and clean. Also the hotel is very conveniently located. We loved our stay.

Never a disappointing time staying at Hotel Blu. We’ll be back many more times, undoubtely.

Great place

It really ticks off every box: feeling of luxury, available pool, sauna, and hot tub, glass-walled bathrooms in suite, for a touch of the risqué (with a privacy curtain for the faint of heart), and a friendly staff who portray a culture of care. One of the managers had an impromptu discussion with me about their inspiring floral display. Overall, a wonderful experience at a reasonable price!

Our stay was only one night because we were only in town to get on a cruise ship. If we make it back to Vancouver we will be staying at the Blu! Everything and everyone was amazing and very convenient area to walk to eat or shop.

Always a great place to stay!

It was in a convenient neighborhood and the staff were friendly and helpful. It was a little noisy at night.

We checked in at 8pm and they did not inform us the hotel would be turning off plumbing at 10pm so we were super tired and immediately laid down and took a nap and by the time I saw the letter on our desk about no plumbing/water it was 9:45pm we had just received food we had ordered. So we could not shower, use the toilet or brush our teeth. The front desk did not inform when we checked in nor when we booked it online. The only way they communicated that was through a simple piece of paper on the desk of our room which no one immediately looks at when you walk in. Especially that late in the night when we checked in.

Definitely stay here again. Very quiet and the bed was perfect.

Friendly staff and ideally located by the stadium, Queen Elizabeth Theatre and I do believe close to Roger’s arena

Had a really nice stay, the room was very quiet and close to lots of restaurants. The staff were fantastic and the pool, hot tub and gym are clean and in very good repair. Will absolutely stay again.

Stayed at Blu for two nights while in the city for a trade show. Hotel is in a great location, excellent service and great amenities. Our room was clean and quiet. Look forward to staying here again.

We really like the hotel, the convenience location and friendly staff is great!!! The room is clean, bright and modern. We especially enjoy the walkable neighborhood when the hotel is located. Highly recommended!!!
