처음 도착해서 인상은 좋았음. 주차장도 괜찮았음 성인 둘 자녀 하나 예약. 2인만 준비 되어 있었고, 남은 1인은 침대를 손님이 직접 펴고 이불 준비해야 함. 냉기가 안 돌 때 에어컨에서 쉰 냄새가 났는지 샤워하고 객실 나오니 객실에 쉰 냄새가 났음 아침식사 종류는 비교적 괜찮았지만, 다만 야채의 신선도가 살짝 떨어지는 것 같은 인상을 받았음

위치가 시내 중심이라 이동이 편하며 숙소가 매우깨끗하였음 자체 주차장은 없지만 로비에 이야기하면 발렛을 해주시니 문제 없음

공항에서 가장 가까운 호텔을 여기 밖에 없고 위치는 찾기가 쉽지 않고 네비게이션 없으면 못 찾아 꼭 네비게이션 으로 찾아 가세요 그리고 가격대비 괜찮아요

I always stay at this hotel when I travel to Istanbul. Normally some hotels go down after success. This hotel keeps improving every time we visit it.

The whole staff and team was so kind and accommodating, breakfast was great. I had a concern with the sheets being dirty and was displeased but once I told the front desk the manager and the cleaner made sure the room was spotless. Thank you

The whole stay experience was wonderful. They all folowed thru with my request, from how to use the air control because of the language on the thermistate to being excellant hostess at check in and out, pus very nice atmosfere and availability for the breakfast buffet. My second time to stay at this location. Highly recommended.

Even though there were many frustrating issues during the stay, like the elevator being out of service for an entire week without being fixed, and the ice machine reportedly being broken for more than a month, one staff member (The young man Yusuf) truly made everything easier with his smiling face and very helpful attitude. A huge compliment and sincere thanks to Yusuf for his professionalism, kindness, and positive energy. He was the bright spot of the experience and deserves great recognition.

This time, the staff performance was very disappointing. They seemed reluctant to assist, and even a simple request for ice cubes turned into an unnecessary hassle. I had to insist multiple times just to receive a small amount, which is not acceptable for a hotel of this standard.

I recently stayed at this hotel, and unfortunately, the experience did not meet expectations. The hotel was fully booked, which is understandable, but the facilities were clearly not sufficient to handle the number of guests. There are only two elevators, and during my stay, one of them was out of service—and remained so for several days. This caused long waiting times and frustration. In addition, the ice machine was not working. I observed a staff member going to the basement to fetch ice manually, which seemed unorganized. When I later asked other staff members, they insisted the machine was still out of order without offering any alternative solution. Overall, the staff appeared overwhelmed and demotivated, which negatively impacted the level of service. In conclusion, the experience was below standard, and I expected better from a hotel of this level.
