Esta excelente, espero pronto hospedarme otra vez ahí

Un lugar acogedor que ofrece un hospedaje tranquilo, eficiente y con la calidad que se busca ya sea en un viaje de vacaciones, por trabajo o simplemente para salir de la rutina diaria. Excelente ubicación y rodeada de amenidades varias para cubrir necesidades y el esparcimiento.

Me encantó, el único detalles es que el estacionamiento, no está en el mismo lugar. 10/10

En general bien pero no me quisieron realizar factura. Me indicaron que la plataforma me la realiza. Y en la plataforma me dice que es con el hotel. Y me quedé sin factura

Excelente ubicación, muy conveniente para turismo en el centro. El estacionamiento no está en el hotel, hay que caminar algunas cuadras o solicitar valet parking.

The lobby is beautiful. The staff is very helpful and flexible. It’s located in the historic downtown so very walkable in a sense that you can immerse yourself in its surroundings. The room was a bit small, but it was also cheaper than the American chain hotels. So that was ok. Parking was convenient because there was a valet. And they tell you to give them 15 minutes to bring the car back to the hotel. So plan for that when you leave the hotel. There was no breakfast, or dining options inside the hotel. All in all, good location for tourists, but for business travelers, a bit far from everything.

I rated this hotel a 4 because it delivers on all of the really important things. Our room, albeit small, was very comfortable, the beds were great for sleeping, the bathroom was adequate, it was very clean and very quiet. The AC worked perfectly without a sound. The location of the hotel can't be beat, it is in the heart of the Centro Histórico, just a few steps from a main pedestrian walkway with shops & restaurants and close to many of the beautiful plazas with churches and museums to visit. The lobby is beautiful and a comfortable place to hang out if you have nowhere else to go. The negatives are that there is minor maintenance that needs to be done, some peeling and marks on the walls. The rooms do not have the same charm as the lobby, they are pretty utilitarian square cement boxes. The service by the lobby is good but not great - there were opportunities for the staff to go above & beyond (thereby earning that 5th star) that they left on the table. The attached restaurant, although quite affordable, is mediocre. Overall, I would stay there again.

La ubicación y estilo. Requiere de mantenimiento preventivo en baños para seguir en buen estado.

La ubicación del hotel es muy buena. Me dieron un Pla habitación interior qué estaba bien. Me hubiera gustado mayor iluminación en el cuarto y toallas de baño más suave o nuevas iluminacion
