Clean room great shower great food

Air co was great. Parking also. Overall love staying there. Be awesum if each room had a microwave and a shelf to store food if there pn long stays

The room was spotless and great size rooms

Room was nice - looks to be recently renovated. Other areas are a little dated but there was upgrade work underway. On site bar/food was basic but ok, not out of place for the area. Other options nearby too (McDs, Subway, etc) Surrounding area is not a great tourist place but good for work accommodation. Not bad for "staying in a pub" :) Overall, good value - i'd stay again

Good location with lots of food options nearby.

The staff were very friendly and helpful, the room was very clean with air conditioning on as it was a really hot day. I would recommend to friends and family

Wow! If you want value for money in a great location with food to die for, then the Nightcap at Springwood Hotel hits the bull's eye. The staff are brilliant and the beds are dreamy. Guess my friends and I will be returning to this motel.

Comfy bed clean room but maintenance lacking heat pump noisy bathroom door wouldn’t close damp smell - my son found a huge cockroach

Rooms were clean and comfy. Staff on check in were great! The buffet at the hotel is terrible, a real rip off!

The room was good but the air con made a continuous noise while running and the toilet water could only be stopped by turning off the inlet tap on the wall. We ate at the Barra Bar and were very disappointing, the pork was tasteless and the accompanying vegetables were less than average. My wife's calamari was overcooked and also lack any taste. There was plenty left on both plates to indicate our lack of appreciation. Would eat and stay somewhere else next time.

Overall not a bad joint, the room was nice. The air con had a bit of mold inside it and we frequently had 6-8 legged guests. Walked in to a huntsman spider lounging by the air con, overnight we had quite a few ants move in looking for any bit of sugar. Then a few cockroaches stopped by. The mattress wasn't bad and the staff were on the ball coming by everyday for sheets, towels, etc.
