Bien situé en bord de mer. Plage à 2 min à pied. Appart spatieux, lit un peu ferme à notre goût. 3 piscines mais on a pas testé. On préfère la mer. Appart loin des piscines donc top pour le calme. Pti déjeuner vraiment parfait. Repas du soir parfois pas à notre goût mais un choix tellement large qu'on a toujours de quoi manger.

Bel hôtel, dommage que toutes les animations soient en anglais, très bien situé, au calme, propre. Les repas sont souvent les mêmes ça manque un peu de qualité. Sinon dans l’ensemble belle expérience

The staff were all excellent ... thank you to each of them for their kindness and professionalism. The hotel is mainly geared towards families with children, so adult-focused entertainment and activities are quite limited. Also, the Wi-Fi speed is very slow, with almost no coverage inside the apartment bedrooms.

Very good hotel. 2nd time here & will return again. Apartmentwas very spacious & cleaned & fresh towels every day. B&B only. Breakfast was ok, nothing special. Bar food was good value. The day time activity team worked hard to keep things going & we enjoyed the things were took part in. The best 3 star hotel in Matagorda area.

Booked last minute due to a medical emergency with my husband, I stayed here myself, the reception staff were fantastic, helpful and friendly, room was spotless and the facilities looked really good. Hoping to return for a more relaxing stay next time!

All inclusive food was excellent - plenty of variety and tasty. All inclusive drinks were ok too - plenty of free options and some paid options. Cocktails were pre-mixed. Staff incredibly friendly, especially in the restaurant and pool bar. Apartments are nice, spacious, and clean.

Alles in allem ein tolles Hotel! Ordentlich sauber, alles funktioniert, perfekte Lage! Abstriche muss man beim Essen machen, was doch ein wenig lieblos ist und für Vegetarier wenig Auswahl bietet. Schade auch, dass unsere beiden Zimmer (für 2 Erwachsene und 2 Kinder) recht weit auseinander lagen. Ich hätte meine Kinder gern näher bei uns gehabt und gabe das auch kurz vor der Anreise dem Hotel mitgeteilt - hat leider nicht geklappt bzw. wurde ignoriert.

Only here for one night. Rooms a good size comfy bed and dead quiet and dark to sleep in. The foods good 2 good sizes pools and right across the road for the beach. We just got the local bus here €1.40 3 stops from airport if goes to terminal 2 Would stay again perfect for what we needed

Really big spacious apartments, pool area is big always managed to get a sun bed when coming back from a walk in the middle of the day. Activities for the children and the hotel cleaners were always busy offering to clean and replenish rooms

Great hotel and staff. Very clean with nice surrounding areas. All staff a great help with everything and we had breakfast included which had something for everyone. Highly recommend.

Avvisato con una mail in hotel che siamo una coppia in sedia a rotelle, chiedendo una camera attrezzata, ci è stato risposto che era disponibile, così ho prenotato, peccato che poi dalla camera al ristorante e alla reception ci sono delle rampe che per delle persone paraplegiche non siano molto superabili, visto che sicuramente una pendenza superiore al 15% o per lo meno si poteva fare presente. Poi sarà stata l'arrabbiatura ma tutto il resto non mi è sembrato un granché. Comunque avendo chiesto se era possibile trovare una soluzione in un altro hotel della catena pagando una differenza se c'era non mi è sembrato che ci sia stata la volontà di trovarla. Siccome le vacanze le faccio una volta l'anno il giorno dopo ho fatto il checkout e mi sono trasferito in un hotel accessibile veramente.
