Breakfast was nice. Train station to walk to the hotel was about fifteen minutes. Staff was amazing.

Bodde här i 2 nätter. Väldigt bra läge. Vi fick ett väldigt litet rum med rinnande kran och toalett där man satt med fötterna i duschen. Ingen plats för väskor. Vi fick byta rum till 2:a natten, till ett betydligt större och väldigt bra. Frukost var ok, men inte mer.

This hotel needs renovation and decorating. Lake Como is an expensive place to stay and this is at the cheaper end. Even so, the room was poorly laid out, the shower barely adequate with a torn curtain and the plumbing mean that the tap dripped all the time and the toilet gurgled as it was not filling up properly. Add to that, bread and biscuits that were out of date and mouldy as well as air conditioning that only works when it is 25c (so guests are allowed to be v uncomfortable at 24.5c) & you get an idea why I was v unimpressed. Even the pictures were crooked and don't get me started on the TV which was not fit for purpose. Outside of the hotel, Lake Como looks v scenic and is a lovely holiday destination

This hotel has a great location. You can walk to the ferry in two minutes and the train station in five. The staff was very friendly, especially reception desk, where Mateo and Julia were very helpful to us and answering our questions and coordinating things. Convenient and clean place to stay in the area is beautiful.

Great location near the train station. Sister hotel to the Park Hotel. We were able to use the Park Hotel outdoor pool, which is in a very nice park-like setting. Breakfast was excellent. We would stay here again.

Ok option if you are staying in Varenna one or two nights. Close to everything, Amenities were average. Bathrooms should be updated,

This hotel was very basic but the price was fair. The only problem was the size of the room with three twin beds there was no room to walk around the beds were from wall to wall. Bathroom was very basic and felt that supplies were limited like towels and soap

My room had no space for suitcases and to sit on toilet, your feet had to be in the shower. Needs to be renovated. staff was friendly and location was great.

Nuitée chère par rapport à la prestation. Bon petit dejeuner , proche de toutes le commodites mais - serviettes de bain ayant mal séchées et qui ont une odeur -rideau de douche, à ce niveau on devrait avoir une cabine -insonorisation moyenne, on entend wc et talon des autres chambres et escalier -l hotel n alerte pas aussi les clients de la pénurie de stationnement et de la galère pour recuperer le parking public si on depose les bagages à l hotel en premier

The staff is excellent! Matteo really helped us. All the other staff; maids and kitchen staff were great! Great location for ferries and experiencing Varenna!

We had a very pleasant stay overall. The hotel was welcoming and dog-friendly, which we really appreciated. The breakfast was good and the concierge was kind and helpful throughout our visit. The atmosphere was relaxed and friendly — a great place to unwind. Unfortunately, due to a mix-up on our part, we left behind a pair of pants. While we understand this was our mistake, it was disappointing that no one contacted us or made an effort to return them, especially since they were likely found. Despite this, we enjoyed our stay and would consider coming back — just with a firmer grip on our luggage next time!

VERY OVERPRICED FOR SUCH A TINY ROOM.COULD NOT COOL THE ROOM DOWN ENOUGH EVEN THOUGH IT HAD AIR CONDITIONING.THE FURNITURE WAS SHABBY AND BATHROOM OLD AND BASIC.BREAKFAST NOT GREAT .ALSO GETTING IN AS NO RECEPTION LATE EVENING TO MORNING WE HAD VERY GOOD INSTUCTIONS ON HOW TO GET THE KEY AND CHECK IN BUT HAD DIFFICULTY OPENING LOCK BOX THEM THE BEDROOM DOOR WAS DIFFICULT.LADY ON DESK IN MORNING WAS LOVELY .

We arrived after 8pm (train wasn’t running, so we had to take multiple buses) & front desk was closed. We called & they had upgraded us to a sister location as our room’s lock had broken; it was ~1 block away. We had a difficult time finding the entrance, but once we did, it was easy. Nice & spacious, great AC, our daughter’s bed ready to go! We were able to do the check in via what’s ap & left the city tax in the room so we didn’t even need to go back to the main hotel. Easy walk to restaurants (one even below our room) & lakeside! Would recommend!

Perfect room for a solo traveller, beautiful view out the window, close to town, lovely breakfast and easy checkin / checkout.
