체크인 시간이 길어서 2시가 되어야 했는데 4시로만 설정되어 있었습니다.

좋은 위치 덕분에 도시의 많은 인기 장소에 쉽게 갈 수 있었고 모든 직원들이 친절하고 도움이 되었습니다 😍

우리 가족은 호텔에서 매우 편안하게 지냈습니다. 친절한 직원들이 가족의 요청을 열정적으로 지원해 줍니다. 다음 휴가에도 저는 여전히 이 호텔을 선택할 겁니다.

호텔이 정말 마음에 들어요. 직원들이 친절하고 도움이 많이 됐고, 위치도 아주 좋았고 가격도 저렴했어요. 객실은 넓고 큰 창문 너머로 멋진 도시 전망이 펼쳐졌어요. 평일에 묵었기 때문에 클럽 소음은 전혀 들리지 않았어요. 강력 추천하고 다시 방문하고 싶어요.

The place is not far from CBD, you can take free tram to travel around CBD to Flinders station and Southbank area. The room is big for 2 people with bathtub in the toilet. There's also free water at the lobby. There's night club at the second floor only Saturday night, not too noisy for us who are on 5th floor. Only some small trobbimg sound.

The hotel was nice, it was a little bit old, but overall the location was really strategic. One concern is that the wi-fi quality and the speed was really poor (2019)

Located within the free tram zone. Not very far from the tram stop. Lots of eateries nearby. Chinatown within walking distance. The room is very big for the two of us, with an extra sofa bed. Bare in mind, there is no free parking for customer, but we entitle for a discount as we stay there (25$/day/entry) . However, the fare is still cheap as compared to other parking bay within the city.

Nice experience staying here, located near the city, the staff are really friendly

This is my second time booking at Citiclub because its near to everything you need in the city. The staffs were friendly too.

地理位置很好，步行三分钟就有免费电车乘搭。房间干净。有一点不满意的是房间的灯不足够，有点暗。

Great location. Friendly staff. But the work of some staff needed improvement. A bunch of zip-locked plastic bags I carried while traveling and had them rolled up and wrapped around with rubber band were thrown away. I never experienced this in any hotel ever that the cleaning ladies threw customers' stuff away no matter how bad they looked and the staff would never touch customers' belongings. Am surprised that the hotel of this level can let this happen.

Strategic located. Helpful staff, we are 3 people using suite room with private jet tub. Room clean and tidy, towels are always new in each day. I recommend this hotel to you.
