It was a good location in relation to getting to Lambeau Field and back quickly and easily. When we got up in the AM to take showers -the shower literally poured water down the light fixture and shower frame from them showering upstairs- we had to move and parking was full all the time so you had to walk to room rather than be where you could see your car

Smelled like tobacco and weed the entire time, no TV remote, other guests arguing nonstop outside at times and the bed killed my back. Staff was nice though.

The hotel is under new management, so a lot of things were old, But I can honestly say they tried their best to do whatever they could do to help..

It is an older hotel, but otherwise it's not a bad hotel, some improvements.

I would like to complain about our stay in your motel last night. The smell in the room was awful. Tried to keep the room open to air it out, but could not get rid of the moldy smoke smell. Bedding was not even close to clean. Tried calling the front desk multiple times with no response. We ended up going to Walmart to buy bedding to cover up the dirty sheets, blankets, and pillow cases, which was not cheap. Neighbors were up all night and extremely loud. When we packed up today and removed our purchased bedding, we found ants in one bed and a very large spider in the other one. To say that we were disgusted is an understatement. I would like a full refund for our stay. Please let me know if there is further information that you need from me.

Uts okder, needs remodeling. Just. Like all the businesses next too it. I enjoyed the friendly staff, the folks staying there. Uts got family atmosphere. Its a common thing ,all over usa, folks making tge hotel a home. Ta, theres issues, just like anything. The police therebon 24hr call in good way.

This was by far the worst hotel I have ever stayed at. Overall worst experience. Starting with check in. We changed rooms 3 times. One of the rooms they sent us to already had people in it. The worst part is we didn’t get into a room until almost 2am and the hotel refused to give us any type of refund. Purely awful

I was unable to stay due to unforeseen circumstance that came up. Was unable to get any kind of refund, witch i was told was due to no answer from the property management.

People that live there are very loud and sitting around all over outside smoking cigarettes. Playing loud music in cars. Door lock didn’t seem too secure. Made me feel quite uncomfortable.

room was NOT ready at our 3pm check in was asked to come back in 2 hours or so. blood on the bathroom wall and by the ac unit. otherwise fairly decent

Took an hour to check in. They did not find the Orbitz booking in their system and wanted to charge me another room. Then I was supposed to call Orbitz and get my money back. Not a good system.
