The staff was fantastic! No matter if we were at front desk, in the restaurant or just having drinks. Everyone was welcoming, kind and helpful. The room was well appointed and clean. Not to mention beautiful. In a central location, it is easily walkable to all the major sights. BTW the food in the restaurant is top notch.

Je recommande un milliard de fois. Du personnel à la chambre, tout est magique. La décoration est somptueuse digne des milles et une nuit.

Riat wow er charmerende med fantastisk spa område. Vi fik både hamam og massage til gode priser og kunne komme booke tid allerede samme dag. Meget imødekommende for og venligt personale i både restaurant og reception

We had a wonderful stay at the Riad Wow. Front of house were extremely helpful and always available to assist with any questions. The rooftop restaurant team were fantastic - friendly attentive, and they went out of their way to provide gluten-free alternatives for breakfast, which was greatly appreciated. The only downside was that the safe in our room didn't work, but the maintenance team were quick to respond and tried to resolve the issue as soon as we notified them. Overall, it was a great experience in an ideal location, and we would happily stay again!

The staff was nice and accommodating. This place was walking distance to jemaa fna.

The staff at the hotel could not have been more friendly or more welcoming. They chatted and smiled every day and offered us help and support. They greeted us by name every day. The hotel is ideally placed just outside the Medina but within such a short walk to the gate, that you are right there, without actually being inside. The rooms are well appointed and comfortable. Roof terrace was lovely for breakfast and evening drinks

Honestly don’t waste your money. They didn’t even bring me bottled water daily. Nothing is included. For the same price you can get a nice riad with breakfast included. The location is great however very convenient, close to everything. The staff were also not accommodating whatsoever to requests and they did not give me the suite I booked.

Service is beyond excellent but the rooms were not great. Bathroom shower was so small & it didn’t have a curtain, so you had to be very careful not to let the water out and make mess. Rose petals everywhere, really no need for that.

Excelente servicio, son muy amables. Los cuartos de buen tamaño y limpios. Tiene aire acondicionado, los masajes deliciosos.

Accueil avec gentillesse et conseils tout au long du séjour ( merci à Mohamed) Chambre donnant sur un patio intérieur au 1er étage meublé typiquement local avec une salle de bains avec beaucoup de charme. Partie communes également avec beaucoup de charme et conforme aux photos. Situé à 5 mn à pieds de la place Jemaa El Fna et 15 mn de l’aéroport ,taxi pour 120 Mad déposant devant le riad. Petit déjeuner pris sur la terrasse avec produits locaux correct. Nous sommes restés 3 nuits et avons dîné le dernier soir au riad ,cuisine savoureuse avec une épaule d’agneau gargantuesque (450 Mad pour 2) un très bon souvenir (merci à Hassan).

Great location. Walking distance to the Medina. Easy for cabs to get to. Staff was very accommodating. Our room was on the first floor, you could hear everything and anyone in the middle could hear our conversations. There were throw carpets in our room, shag ones, hard to clean…hmmm The bar on the rooftop was lovely and served alcohol, which we enjoyed. Bar service was exceptional. Beautiful Riad, we would stay here again.

In the heart of Madina. Good location, very nice staffs.

This was our first stay in Marrakech and it was delightful. The decor is fun, the staff were all attentive and easygoing, the food and rooftop were peaceful and enjoyable. The location was easily walkable to most things in the old city and the best place to exchange money was just around the corner. The airport transfer was seamless and worth the extra money!

Riad Wow was a great stay if youre interested in being near the Medina and having a more “Moroccan experience “. Staff is awesome… Mohammad and Fatima were very helpful and generous. I would stay here again. A few things to note (didn’t bother us): No shower head. Shower is handheld. Near a busy area so there is some street noise Plus: Clean, comfortable beds Towels were clean and large. Nice restaurant/terrace Plenty of hot water (never ran out) Aesthetically pleasing
