All good

We stayed in the Junior Suite next to the restaurant/bar area on the rooftop. Everything was okay, nothing above expectations. However, what irritated us was the fact that from around 7 am, the breakfast employees were speaking together very loudy even without guests present (breakfast starts 8 am). Therefore, we were unable to sleep longer that 7 am, which is a shame as Marrakesh is a city you want to get good rest after the day.

Hyggelig resepsjonist, frokost OK.Høy musikk fra bar/restaurant + fra bar/restaurant på nabohotellet. Det var umulig å sove før midtnatt, og det passet dårlig når vi måtte stå opp svært tidlig for å dra tul flyplassen. Anbefaler ikke dette hotellet pga musikk/støy

Ons verblijf bij Riad WOW was werkelijk geweldig. Vanaf het moment dat we de riad binnenstapten, voelden we meteen dat dit een bijzondere plek is. Het gebouw zelf is prachtig; overal waar je kijkt zie je schitterende details, mozaïeken en warme kleuren. Het voelt echt alsof je een sprookje uit Aladdin binnenloopt. Onze kamer was prachtig ingericht en had zo’n magische sfeer dat het bijna leek alsof we in een oosters paleis sliepen. Wat ons verblijf vooral zo speciaal maakte, was het personeel. Iedereen is ontzettend vriendelijk en behulpzaam en je voelt je hier echt welkom. De ontvangst bij de receptie was meteen warm en persoonlijk. Vooral de meneer bij de receptie maakten onze dagen extra leuk. Hij is ontzettend vriendelijk, gezellig en altijd in voor een praatje. Elke keer als we langs liepen ontstond er wel een leuk gesprek en dat gaf de riad een heel huiselijke sfeer. Na een drukke dag in het levendige Marrakech was het heerlijk om terug te komen in deze rustige en prachtige riad. Het voelt echt als een klein paradijs midden in de stad. Wij hebben hier enorm genoten en zouden zonder twijfel terugkomen. Een absolute aanrader voor iedereen die Marrakech bezoekt. ⭐️✨

All round great experience from the quality of the Riad, it's location and the friendliness and helpfulness of the staff.

The room was stunning, but it was the service and the location that made it unforgettable. Everyone was so warm and helpful, we had an incredible stay and would absolutely stay here again if we were back in the city

C’était notre première fois au Maroc avec mon ami, nous sommes plus que satisfaite ce Riyad est juste magnifique. Merci beaucoup pour l’accueil, je tiens vraiment à remercier Mohamed pour sa gentillesse extraordinaire et son professionnalisme, toujours présent pour nous, merci infiniment à ce monsieur qui a ébloui notre séjour et qui a été par la même occasion d’excellent conseils. Magnifique endroit et à côté de tout le seul. Petit bémol serait la wi-fi qui est difficile à avoir.
