You’ve got to read the small print No pool before June 1s and also no air conditioning … even though it was 30 degrees outside The room smelt very musky and was as basic as a 2 star hotel I know this hotel is rated 3 star , I think that is being generous The breakfast was ok though

Nice view

Hotel is nice enough and clean with good lake views and just a quick walk to the water. It is further away from the station, boats and most shops but the panoramic walk between is very nice. I booked this hotel specifically partly due to the mentioned airport shuttle for a surcharge listed on expedia which does not exist. They offered to call a taxi for €180 which is hardly a "surcharge". Also I was frustrated by the lack of coffee or kettle in room; there was a breakfast available but hours were short so coffee wasn't available before my train. As long as you're ok w the above, good place to stay for the price just didn't have what I was expecting.

Location is OK as long as you are prepared to walk about 1 KM each way to the center for a restaurant. Breakfast was OK but the waiters will not fill up the buffet unless you remind them to do so. AC didn’t work on the first day and barely worked after it was “fixed” We are at the end of a month long vacation in Italy and honestly, this was the worst hotel we stayed in so far. No, I will not recommend the Della Torre hotel in Stresa to my friends.

Nous avions réservé une chambre double pour deux nuits au tarif de 180 euros la nuit. Nous étions dans une chambre située au premier étage (la 101 précisément) dans laquelle nous ressentions des odeurs d’égouts et où nous entendions nos voisins de chambre comme s’ils étaient dans la nôtre. C’est bien dommage car le personnel est adorable et l’hôtel très bien situé. Nous ne faisons pas partie des clients exigeants et c’est la première fois que nous rédigions un avis comme celui-ci.

Hotel Della torre was a pretty good spot. Semi ish far from downtown but I think all the hotels are. Good showers with good pressure. There was always hot water available. Wasn’t allowed to change to room temperature and it was kind of humid in the rooms. Balcony was a nice reprieve and allowed for some air flow. Took off a star cause we chose this hotel due to the hotel.com advertisement of airport shuttles and the hotel did not have airport shuttles.

Hotel was close for walking to all the shops.couldnt beat the price!

Sehr gemütliches sauberes Hotel. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Wir wären gerne länger geblieben.

Hatte eine grosse Auswahl zum Frühstück. Pool war geschlossen um diese Jahreszeit.

Colazione ricca e abbondante, posizione hotel ottima.

Zimmer ist sauber, Badezimmer eher älter, Balkon leider kein Licht.

Petit week end dépaysant en avril en famille avec 2 ado! (Piscine pas encore ouverte) Hotel correct. Rapport qualité prix correct. Prestation et accueil satisfaisants. Chambre spacieuse mais literie moyenne (dont lit superposé grinçant) et du bruit lié à la route passante devant l’hôtel. Petit déjeuner correct et varié. 10’ à pied du centre du village Et 5´pour promenade le long de l’eau. On conseille la visite des îles en face.

Good value as it is booked in mid april. Clean and quiet room. Spacious bathroom with all toiletries provided. Mattress a bit old, receptionist not the most friendly. Please note: garage incurred an overnight charge of 15Eurp.

Clean room and good location

Ligger nära hamn för båtfärd till Borromeo-öarna. Lite långt från centrum med restaurangerna. En fin utomhuspool var ett plus. Enkelsängarna vi önskade var tyvärr inte så bekväma. Frukosten var mycket bra. Publik transport från/till järnvägsstation och centrum saknades. Vi fick gå 20 minuter till centrum och 15 minuter till järnvägsstationen. När vi skulle resa vidare ösregnade det och taxi fanns ingen pga strejk.

Hotellista on järven suuntaan hienot näkymät. Aamiainen on hyvä ja runsas. Päivällisvaihtoehtoja ei juurikaan ollut, vaan vaihtoehtona ainoastaan heidän määrittämä yksi menu, joka toki saattoi olla hyvä, mutta meillä ei ollut tarpeeksi nälkä siihen kokonaisuuteen. Vuorten puoleiset parvekkeet olivat mielestäni isommat. Hieman liikenteen ja junien aiheuttamaa melua, mutta ei häirinnyt.
